We wanted a more streamlined checkout process for our customers as they found various issues with our website during the checkout process. The products pages were also not user friendly and not SEO based.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Motion 12 did an amzing job at identifying the user blocks on our website.

They reviewed the data over a few weeks showing where an why customers were not checking out. These gave them the informaion they needed to carry out the work and make the changes that were needed to improve the customers checkout flow.

They pitched the changes to us at Brass bee and we were thrilled with the outcome!

Their whole process was seamless and delivered on time and on budget. We have monitored the data in Shopify and have already seen a 20% conversion rate increase.

We would highly recommend Motion 12 and would certainly work with them in the future.

We were introduced to Motion12 through our Brand Manager. They were tasked with building us a new website that truly represents our company and captures our services, projects, and story.

The goal was to create a digital asset we’d be proud to showcase and share, while also giving us the flexibility to edit and add content ourselves, from new projects and staff bios to blogs and updates.

Ryan was fantastic to work with. He kept things moving, delivered when he said he would, and was quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed tweaks. The whole process felt straightforward and hassle-free.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really liked the communication and the clear breakdown of tasks. We’re a small company with limited resources and not much knowledge around web development, but they kept us updated in bitesize chunks and explained everything in plain terms. They took the time to understand our business and how we work, and importantly they didn’t disappear at go-live or afterwards.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Motion 12 could have done differently?

We were caught out with the legal policies side of having a website. It’s not our area, so an earlier heads up, advice or a pointer to a concted service provider would’ve helped. There were also a few platforms and bits of software we needed to sign up to for hosting, domains, etc. At the end of the project, a simple map of all the external accounts that support the website would’ve been really useful.
