What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The collaboration with Moonsofts has helped us reduce development turnaround time, increase our delivery capacity, and move client projects from idea to working MVP much faster. Measurable progress includes completed MVPs, launched web features, improved project delivery speed, fewer technical bottlenecks, and a stronger ability to handle multiple client/product requests at the same time.Moonsofts has helped us reduce typical MVP/feature delivery turnaround by around 30%–40%, mainly by adding engineering capacity and parallelizing frontend, backend, and integration work. They’ve also increased our delivery capacity from handling roughly one project stream at a time to 2–3 parallel workstreams, which has allowed us to move faster on client MVPs, dashboards, SaaS features, and post-launch improvements.Moreover, while we haven’t tracked every metric formally, Moonsofts’ involvement has clearly improved delivery quality by reducing repeated bugs after QA and helping us stabilize features before client handoff. A reasonable estimate is that post-delivery bug fixes have decreased by around 20%–30%, while client satisfaction has improved because we’re able to respond faster, deliver cleaner MVPs, and support more product iterations without delaying other workstreams.

Overall, the execution is strong, but more structured reporting and post-launch analytics would make the collaboration even more scalable for larger or more complex client projects.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The main measurable outcome was that we moved from a complex security-focused concept into a clear, usable, and market-ready product experience. We validated the core workspace flow and improved how users understood features like isolated crypto workspaces, app management, per-site proxies, and website risk analysis. We also created a much more professional product presentation.

After the project, we saw stronger user interest, clearer investor/customer conversations, and better engagement with the product concept because the value proposition became easier to understand. Our product demo engagement improved by around 35%–40%, and feedback from early users became much clearer and more positive, especially around the secure workspace, crypto app organization, and website risk analysis features.

We also saw stronger interest from investor and partnership conversations because the product was easier to explain, more visually professional, and felt closer to a market-ready solution. To track the improvements, we used a combination of product demo feedback, user interviews, analytics review, and investor/partner conversation notes. For engagement, we looked at how long people spent reviewing the product demo, which features they asked about most, and whether they clearly understood the value of the secure workspace. For feedback, we collected comments from early users and stakeholders after demos, especially around usability, security perception, workspace organization, and the AI website risk analysis feature.

How did Moonsofts perform from a project management standpoint?

Moonsofts managed the project very professionally. They kept the workflow organized, communicated clearly, and were responsive whenever we needed to refine the product direction or adjust the UI/UX around security-focused features. They delivered the main milestones on time. Even when we had complex requirements around secure workspaces, crypto app organization, proxy workflows, and AI risk analysis, they stayed focused and handled revisions quickly without slowing down the overall project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was that they quickly understood CryptDocker as a security-focused crypto product, not just a normal software platform. They were able to take complex ideas like isolated workspaces, crypto app management, per-site proxies, and AI-powered website risk analysis, then turn them into a cleaner, easier-to-understand product experience. Their combination of technical understanding, UI/UX thinking, and practical communication made the collaboration feel very smooth and valuable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were very satisfied with their work, and there were no major issues during the project. One thing they could have done better was providing more detailed technical documentation after delivery, especially around the secure workspace structure, proxy flow, and AI risk analysis logic. Since CryptDocker is a complex security-focused product, having deeper post-launch documentation would have made internal handoff and future scaling even easier.
