At first we discussed our cooperation with head designers. MOOHII offered a few concepts and we chose one of them. Our company liked this workflow, so we hired them again, but this time for total rebranding. And the last time MOOHII made for us design of a new line of chapsticks. This cooperation was quite pleasant and very productive. But there were minor technical edits.

We had a few calls with head designers, but mainly chatted with the manager, who passed information to designers.

Customers really like our new design. And in stores Belor design products began to buy more often.

We’ve been thinking about choosing a design studio for our project for a very long time until we were recommended with MOOHII. Their team developed our current brand from 0. To make the appearance what would match products’ sophistication. We didn’t know exactly how it would look like, so the whole project was taken over by MOOHII designers who set up really creative goals and achieved them successfully. Everything was justified by us.

In a week we got 2 concepts of the brand and, honestly speaking, we were a bit amazed how neat they figured out the directions we wanted to follow. MOOHII gave a birth of our brand and now we are successful on the market.

We didn’t face any problems with that, and we could connect with each other in any suitable way. Most of the time we used messengers and in some important moments we called them, or they called us.

I’d say that their creative designers were able to feel us and our thoughts. It was like they reflected all our expectations on the design. It was cool.

I think this is a difficult question especially in design sphere as time doesn’t stand still. It streams and dictates trends, so I wouldn’t call it improvement, it’s rather about changes and adaptations.

AS PERFECT AS POSSIBLE - we set this goal when creating our product. Therefore, we made a big emphasis on details when developing branding with MOOHII. Actually, we were expecting a design which could be stylish and simple to memorize. It’s very important because we use not only a website to interact with our clients but also social networks.

Initially, only creating a naming and branding was of our interest, so we signed a contract with MOOHII. We conducted a few conferences to explain what we wanted to see. In a while MOOHII offered us logo concepts, color schemes, brand identity and name Arkmen. It wasn’t easy to choose one among them, but the name appealed to us. After small adjustments, we got the logo and branding as well as the brandbook.

The number of clients increased by more than 37%. Now we are using socials which is great, because our design corresponds to the requirements of an attractive page.

It was light and easy. At the beginning we used gmail, but then we relocated to a messenger, it was faster. Our partnership lasts till now, and we don’t have formal conversations, all in a friendly manner.

Their vision of a design and understanding of how clients will react to a certain designs. MOOHII have strong a good knowledge of how markets work and what people want. For us it was a great experience to absorb some information from them.

Since the beginning of Honey’s work, we were looking for someone who could make all our ideas alive. For that time we had only shapes and ideas of how our business would look like so we decided to ask MOOHII for developing a branding for us.

Actually, I wasn’t familiar with design industry, that’s why I asked my friends for help, and they suggested me addressing to MOOHII company. I learned portfolio and the works and of this vendor and I found some of them really related to our topic.

First of all, we built a solid bridge of connection between MOOHII. After discussing our goals and expectations, in a few days we received 3 logo concepts with all possible color patterns and fonts. Our team considered the variants and chose the most appropriate.

On the basis of that concept, MOOHII team developed further parts of the whole brand. Menu, delivery packages, brochures and so on were designed for us in accordance with the agreed concepts.

The project supposed to be a launch mechanism for our business and if it would fail, our business wasn’t even started. Fortunately, MOOHII team did their best and now we are a well-known confectionary chain in Ukraine with a few cafes in different cities.

We were always in touch, there weren’t any cases when we waited for feedback or so on. Some important questions were discussed via Skype, but most of the time we just texted each other on messengers and it was enough. What we really liked is that everything was processed within the planned time lines.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Our team was really impressed by MOOHII’s ability to understand what we needed. The simplicity of language they use in order to explain something to us surprised us. They taught us a lot about how design and visualization can influence customers — it is essential.

Сooperation with MOOHII began with a tender and we started the initial phases of work in July. The project had to launch as quickly as possible without compromising quality. The MOOHII team approached the project professionally, taking into account time constraints and delving deep into the specifics of the industry while considering the wishes of both the forestry companies and future clients.

All development, testing, and innovation stages proceeded quickly and with high quality, and we were constantly in touch. The site withstood such a huge influx of users, and the team later increased its capacity. The improvement of the resource is ongoing to this day.

The gas station network's application is essentially a resale of fuel: the customer purchases a fuel card for any offered volume and can refuel from a minimum of 2 liters, with the remaining balance returned to their account. We started working on it back in 2020. It was our first application, and the MOOHII team was happy to help us navigate complex processes and simplify the path as much as possible. 

It was important for us to create a convenient and recognizable application without overloading the display with elements. The process was lengthy, but the result exceeded expectations, and satisfied users confirm this.
