Monster Agency helped me learn how to market my company considering I had never really done any advertising prior.  They helped walk me through the process, got my account all setup and gave me several advertising concepts/ideas tha we put into motion.  Many of which became successful campaigns that significantly increased my revenue in a short period of time.

While the results weren't  instant and there were trials and tribulations along the way we were able to 10x the revenue that we had done the prior year with no advertising.  During 2025 we were able to triple the revenue from 2024.

During the time that we partnered with Monster Agency on our TikTok ads campaign, we saw a 4x increase to our Amazon sales. By increasing our brand awareness and educating customers on our invention, Monster Agency was able to create a social media presence for us that led to a direct incerase in sales

The founder, Andrew, is an authentic and relatable person. You could tell that he was invested in our business, understood how green we were in this space, and was very patient and encouraging to guide us in the process. Each meeting with him was personalized and tailored to our brand. He was very honest and transparent as to where it made sense for us to spend dollars and even suggested we save money if he didn't think the value was there. Because of our trust in Andrew and his integrity, we plan to continue partnering with Monster Agency as our brand grows.

We hired Monster to handle the media buying for our Facebook ads. I found Andrew and his team to be incredibly professional and very responsive. He was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make sure that we felt well taken care of. I don't think he could have done a better job. Andrew was professional in every way, and his genuine care for us and the quality of the work he did for us was obvious. We had an ad budget of $900 daily on Facebook. Andrew was extremely careful with how he allocated our budget, never exceeding the limit without our permission, as some media buyers have done in the past.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Andrew and his team did everything they could to optimize our ads. He was on top of everything and executed on his promises immediately. I've found that is rare in a media buyer: someone who is responsive and does what he says he'll do. With so much money on the line, it is easy to burn through ad spend. Andrew understood the importance of staying on top of the ads and moving quickly to stop ads that weren't performing and relocate those funds to the ones that were.

Yes, they delivered on time and responded to our needs. I cannot think of a time when Andrew wasn't responsive or willing to jump on a call if I needed him. Also, if we spoke about something one day, I would see messages from Facebook's ads manager coming through that confirmed all the changes had been made in the specified time frame.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Andrew is a man of his word. He acts fast. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He was always willing to pass along information he felt would be helpful to us. I have had awful experiences with other media buyers and feel Andrew is one of the best. As an aside, we are not leaving Monster because of anything to do with Andrew or the agency. We have some email deliverability problems and other issues with our funnel that need to be worked out and have nothing to do with his performance.

No. This was a positive experience all the way around.

Monster Agency used Slack for written communication and video meetings, which was extremely effective. We also used Google Drive to share key information. All worked wonderfully.

The team's responsiveness was outstanding. Their turnaround is industry leading and I loved being able to ping them in Slack and hop on a video call to discuss. Also, they coordinated with all influencers to obtain content, which can be absolute brain damage. I very much appreciate them owning this process.

Having a bit more input on the creative design process would have been nice. But, they owned it and it was good, so difficult to complain about that.

Finding someone creative enough to understand the complexities of design but well versed enough to distill the process down to make it more marketable at scale.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor as a result of first-hand seeing their work as well as a few referrals.

We needed essentially a think tank based on data backed analysis from the current ad campaigns we were running. People who are practitioners of the strategies that they recommend. We started with an audit and then moved to the strategy and execution thereafter. This wasn’t going to be a long project, but there were definitely sprints that needed to be completed in time.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 3 different team members on the project. A marketing strategist, a paid traffic analyst and a project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We achieved better click thru rates, higher converting ads and more efficient campaigns as a result of better understanding the value propositions that were the best hot buttons for increasing prospects' propensity to learn more about our services.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were very effective as we completed our project ahead of time. Reporting was timely and meetings were prompt and to the point. There was a little bit of calibration in the beginning, but that was overcome quickly through clear communication standards.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their understanding of user demographics and how to better define who your advertising is intended to reach. They preached ‘if you try to talk to everyone, you’ll reach no one’ and that couldn’t have been more on point.

The pricing could be a bit more competitive, but I also understand why they’re priced where they are as a fellow business owner.

I’m the owner of a retail laundromat business and a consultancy where I coach people on how to become successful in the laundromat industry.

We developed a new laundry cleaning process that was unique to our area, so we needed someone to provide us with high-level marketing services to promote it.

Monster Agency® provides us with general digital marketing that mainly includes SEO, social media marketing, and PPC marketing for Google. Apart from that, they’ve also filmed and produced two commercial videos that essentially promote our products and services.

My main point of contact is Andrew (Founder), but I’ve also worked with their production crew that was headed by Adam (Video Department Head).

I came across one of their ads on Facebook so I reached out to them because I was impressed with how professional and aesthetically pleasing their content was.

We spend $2,000 a month for their digital advertising services and they charged us $12,000 to shoot two of our commercials.

Our ongoing partnership started in January 2019.

Since hiring Monster Agency®, our business has experienced a 25%–30% increase in revenue after plateauing 3–4 years prior. Anecdotally speaking, they’ve taught me a lot about digital marketing through our strategy sessions.

I value their knowledge since it helps me coach other people and understand what they’re doing — they really took the time to educate me so I can continue growing my businesses.

Their project management is fantastic because their process is really simple and efficient. They provide me with weekly data and analytics to see how the ads are performing, and they communicate with us consistently through Zoom, email, and phone calls.

What distinguishes them from their competitors is they price their high-quality services accordingly. They were initially above our price range but after talking with Andrew, I felt like working with them was a risk worth taking — I’ve had no regrets since then.
