The project included the full strategy, UX/UI design, and development of a modern website for an independent ultrasound diagnostic center. Monalab Agency reviewed the clinic’s positioning, services, target audience, and business objectives; developed the website structure, information architecture, user flows, and wireframes; created the complete visual design in Figma with a professional and trustworthy medical aesthetic; structured and presented the clinic’s services, ultrasound examinations, specialists, expertise, and equipment; designed responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile; implemented clear contact and appointment pathways; developed and implemented the approved website design with all required interactions and functionality; and completed cross-device testing, optimization, quality assurance, and final launch.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Following the launch, the website generated 7,533 sessions and 507 inquiries over a 12-month period, resulting in a 6.73% conversion rate. With 87.1% of traffic coming from mobile devices, the responsive experience proved particularly important for the clinic’s audience. The new website established a clear digital presence, improved access to information about ultrasound services, and created effective pathways for patients to submit inquiries and contact the clinic.

I’m a marketer at online language school that helps people learn English and other languages through practical and interactive lessons.

What challenge were you trying to address with Monalab Agency?

We needed to create a modern website that clearly presented our school, our language programs, and pricing. The site also had to make it easy for potential students to learn about us and sign up for lessons.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw an increase in leads and sales after launching the new website. The language level test became a very useful feature because many people used it simply to check their English level. We could then review their results and contact them with a more relevant offer based on their level and needs. This helped increase our sales by around 30%, with approximately 15%–20% of the leads converting into customers.Before the website, most of our leads came from Instagram and word of mouth, so it wasn’t easy to understand exactly how many people were interested and where they came from. After launching the website, we started looking at the number of inquiries, new students, and how many people were using the language level test.We used Facebook Pixel and the built-in analytics on the platform where the website was built to track website activity and inquiries. We also did some manual tracking on our side, mainly by comparing the number of inquiries and new customers over time. It was quite easy to see the difference in practice.

Vladislav was our main contact and kept communication clear throughout the project, while Vitaliy and the rest of the team handled the actual design and development work.
