We hired Momentum to optimize and grow our local presence with SEO. They were able to build, optimize, and manage our website and google my business so that we generate a steady stream of organic leads. Since starting with Momentum, our pipeline has been flooded with leads. To this day, we have not paid for any advertising, simply because our rate of growth is so steady.

I selected this vendor because of their reputation on Google and the references that Mac put me in touch with. Of course, Mac's experience at Google was a huge factor considering all of our focus was and is Google.

We began with the onboarding process, which was very straightforward and thorough. It included granting access to our existing Google Business profiles and our website, as well as our other Google Products, like Search Console and Analytics. From there, they spent a few days running reports and outlining the overall strategy and timeline which we reviewed shortly after the onboarding process. It was nice to see the baseline reports because looking back, we can see the genuine growth and progress. Once the reports were done, they started working their magic on our GMB profiles and website, building location pages and posting to and optimizing our profiles. We've been working together for about two years and we've seen nothing but steady growth despite the state of the economy.

We have a team of 3 from Momentum dedicated to our growth and optimization online. We have an account manager who is easily reached via text, call, or email, that also sends us reports every week. They are like the quarterback over there. Then we have two project managers that actually do the managing and optimizing of our website and profiles. Any time they need content or approval, they reach out to me directly.

The organic traffic to our site has increased over 100% in the past two years and our Google My Business profiles have seen over 1000% increase in searches and views. These have become our golden geese. The results have been nothing short of incredible.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective. I have their direct contact information so on a day to day I can text or call them if I need something updated or changed with short notice. We also have a weekly call to review the previous and upcoming week, as well as monthly growth calls and reports. It makes my life easy.

The most impressive thing about Momentum is their accessibility. They're always available, literally always. I say that I could call them at 3am and they'd answer. Anytime there has been something urgent, they've been there to fix it.

Among the important deliverables were engagement reports, social media posts, a content calendar, targeted advertising campaigns, and analytics to track results.

We were really happy with their job, to be honest. If I were to make one recommendation, it would be to broaden their offerings to include more platforms, such as TikTok, but that is a minor one. They exceeded our expectations overall
