What challenge were you trying to address with Mojo Media?

We needed to redesign our firm’s website. Our main objectives were to modernize the look and feel, better reflect our brand, improve navigation and structure, and create a more professional but approachable first impression for prospective clients and partners.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mojo Media redesigned our website and logo. They also created a branding guide and provided SEO and WordPress development services. The team worked on all areas of the website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Mojo Media delivered a noticeably more modern and polished site that better reflects our firm. The structure and messaging are clearer, the UX is cleaner, and the overall presentation is a big step up from our old website. We also got a firm branding that we’re very happy with.We’ve received good occasional informal comments from those in the industry. Our firm is now perceived better by our customers and other firms we collaborate with in the M&A market. Before the redesign, we heard from some prospective clients that they didn’t go with us because the website looked so outdated. We haven’t heard that at all now since it looks so clean.

Mojo Media met our overall design goals. The website just launched, and we expect it to help customers and suppliers know more about our business and what we do. We offer more than just bookkeeping services; we also provide part-time CEO services.

We found Mojo Media online, and they had good reviews. We liked Mojo Media’s work, so we reached out and felt very comfortable speaking with their team on our initial phone calls. We contacted two other companies but chose Mojo Media and followed through.
