We selected Mohito based on their excellent track record in the pats doing projects with us.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

As this was a recurring contest, we spoke over email about what aspects of the website needed updating, and about globalizing our most successful contest version to several new markets. The website is hosted on WordPress, and includes advanced features such as a login system, voting, checking for vote fraud, custom text and translation, and more.

**Feedback Summary**: mohi.to delivered the website on time, and it received positive feedback from the client's customers. The client noticed a significant improvement in the operational side of website management. They also enjoyed a streamlined process and smoother regular updates, thanks to the PIM tool integration.
""Their client-friendly approach, good atmosphere, and transparency were a huge plus.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

FERRO GROUP is a dynamic capital group operating in the sector of sanitary and installation fittings, as well as heating technology. It is an unquestionable sales leader in Central and Eastern Europe, a manufacturer whose fausets, showers, valves, and radiators are present in more than 30 countries on 2 continents. In the company, I hold the position of Group Digital Marketing Specialist and I am responsible for digital strategy and communication of several product brands included in the group.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire mohi.to, and what were your goals?

The website for Ferro was created over 10 years ago and no longer met our expectations in relation to the new digital strategy and future communication plans. Along with the development of the business, we decided to create a new website consistent with rebranding process of the Ferro brand. We did not have in-house competence, so we decided to use an external company.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a company that has extensive experience in creating websites for big brands and international experience as our plans are heading towards implementation of the central solution in other markets. We selected a few companies and asked them for a quote. Mohi.to definitely stood out in terms of their approach - both in terms of their offer and the way they work.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We started with a workshop where Mohi.to got to know our company and its needs. Together we talked about areas that need improvements. Mohi.to interviewed different types of website users and new target groups to find out their preferences. The next step was an audit of the site and Mohi.to pointed out areas that need to be changed. Then the design process - where we started by designing UX mockups and on their basis, we started the actual design. The last step was the development and integration with an external PIM tool.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The whole project took a year and involved several people, from UX Researcher to UX and UI designers and front and back-end developers.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We faced the challenge of our clients and customers being used to the previous version of the website, but we have received very positive feedback. The operational side of website management has been significantly improved and regular updates thanks to the PIM integration are smooth and we have already noticed the process being improved.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

I appreciate working with the team dedicated to Ferro project. Their client-friendly approach, good atmosphere, and transparency were a huge plus. We communicate via Basecamp, design via InVision, both tools we also use for current tasks in project management. We have also set up regular meetings to go through priorities, timeline and conceptual work. I highly rate Sebastian's ability to conduct the project, we have delivered the project on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We felt that all team is engaged and really cared about the success of the project. Everyday contact was quick, we were regularly informed about the evaluation of all tasks, who is working on it. I appreciate the transparency and professionalism.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t think of anything significant, which need improvements. We think of Mohito as a strategic partner in digital solutions for Ferro Group, not only web development, but also creating new Ferro digital ecosystem for upcoming projects.

Please describe your company and your position there.

Answear.com is one of the biggest multi-brand e-commerce stores selling fashion in Central and Eastern Europe. I am UX Project Manager and I am responsible for the entire User Experience area in our company. I work directly with Product Owner and Developers

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire mohi.to?

Our team had been working on re-platforming the site to their proprietary e-commerce system. The implementation of a new shop engine was a good opportunity to rework the visual layer as well. After a successful re-branding, we continue to cooperate and work together to continuously improve the UX/UI of our stores and mobile applications.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

We have already worked on the collaborative project – the Answear app. The cooperation was a success, so we decided to repeat it.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We started the work from the user purchase path. We have worked on two versions of the website.

In the first one, we have introduced modifications in the usable/functional layer of the service in order to increase the conversion rate.

In the second version, we have added aesthetic changes – new UI elements (colours, typography, buttons, notifications, etc.). The changes were implemented on the site gradually.

The client’s team checked the effect of the modifications to the main e-commerce indicators. This allowed us to make informed decisions based on data.

An important element of the project was to develop a library of components and rules (style guide) so that the teams working on the site (development, content editors) could maintain visual consistency in the project.

After successful completion of changes, we continue to work on continuous improvement of our products and designing new functionalities such as: search engine, outfits, new product card, etc.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

My team worked with their UX/UI designers and Project Manager.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our current website and application are the best results of the project and our joint work;) The changes had a positive impact on our conversion, user satisfaction and the overall perception of the store and the app.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Constant contact, precise project handing over and very quick corrections. Especially direct contact with the Designer and the ability to quickly discuss ideas and choose the best solution. All projects were always delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Openness of cooperation, nice atmosphere and a very high level of service quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the moment, nothing comes to mind. Everything is really fine.

Our core product has been one of the best on the market, but unfortunately, both our website and front-end of our WebApp were not reflecting the quality of the back-end and the APIs. First we started with the redesign of our website which was shortly followed by changes to our WordPress solution. In meantime, we have started re--design activities of our Web App.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We have been communicating with mohi.to both via email and BaseCamp. We had a lean approach to the whole project. When we needed to meet on video calls with their experts we have been scheduling such meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had great respect for things we did well before meeting them and took great care of not breaking things that worked. Their revisions and implementations really made a difference to our website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

**Feedback Summary**: Internal stakeholders are utterly impressed with the high quality of mohi.to’s work. They stand out for their strong customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. Their project management is seamless, and their team has a great work ethic and personality. Overall, they’re great partners.
""They’re a creative and interactive agency, and they’re my top pick."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

MOWI is one of the biggest companies distributing Norwegian Atlantic salmon. It’s the only product that we sell. We run our operations in Poland.

I’m the company’s digital marketing specialist. I’m in charge of managing digital assets, running our social media, and managing projects — whether they’re simple landing pages, Google Ads, SEO, or SEM. I also do below-the-line and in-store marketing from time to time.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with mohi.to?

We were unhappy with our previous provider. They were five time zones away from us, so we wanted someone from Central Europe.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

mohi.to provides a 360-degree service in website generation and maintenance. Our two main goals with them are creating assets for our websites and maintaining them. They make sure our sites run smoothly, and they optimize their performance, loading times, and copywriting in terms of SEO.

To jumpstart the project, we briefed them. We have a specific, predetermined brand identity, so there were aspects where we gave them liberty. Still, we were also stringent to a certain degree to make sure that consistency was maintained. However, in terms of how the websites were delivered and how the UX was done, it was up to them to offer solutions.

We insisted on using WordPress to build the websites because the dashboard is modular, and it’s the easiest. First, they built 14 websites from scratch — our corporate website and seven localized versions, and then the brand website and seven other versions. Then, we asked them to build a site dedicated to restauranteurs because we sell to restaurants too.

They also implemented a traceability tool so customers can scan the QR code on our products and see how big the fish was and when and where it was harvested. For that tool, we had a company in charge of the backend. They aggregated all the data and compiled it, while mohi.to implemented the frontend solution.

Recently, we also added a store-finder tool to our brand website. It shows an interactive map that displays all of the distributors, stores, and retailers that sell our product. Their team developed the website, created the map, and stuck to timelines and price estimations.

What is the team composition?

We have one copywriter, an SEO specialist, a UX specialist, and web developers. Depending on the project, they assign up to six people.

How did you come to work with mohi.to?

I found them on a development ranking website. I was in charge of the vetting process, so I chose four companies and briefed them on what we wanted to do. We gave them certain case studies to see how they would approach the problem-solving, and each of them provided mockups for their solutions.

mohi.to was the only company that pulled through. They did stuff that we didn’t even ask them to do, but it was nice because they made suggestions and went the extra mile. Essentially, they exceeded every criterion we had.

Additionally, their price was competitive. Dutch or French agencies charge 2–3 times more. Also, we had to take into account that not all of my colleagues are fluent in English. mohi.to was also from Poland, so there weren’t any language barriers.

How much have you invested with them?

They have a fixed, hourly fee, so it’s easy for us to determine how much something will cost. In total, we’ve spent at least €25,000 (approximately $30,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2019, and we have an ongoing partnership. We’re super happy with them.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We asked mohi.to to do a 2.0 version of our Belgian brand website and told them to go nuts. I wanted to showcase what they were capable of if we gave them enough liberties, and they did a magnificent job. The website was well done and very aesthetically pleasing. In terms of design, they created all of the logos and did a parallax effect. Everything was seamless.

Even though the Belgians were super picky, mohi.to managed to meet their expectations, and now everyone’s their biggest fan.

How did mohi.to perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re amazing, and their project management is really smooth. They’re great at managing their human resources and estimating how long something will take. I guess they give themselves a margin of error because 99% of our projects are usually ready before the established deadline, so they’re always on time. It’s easy to work with a team with a good attitude and personality. They have the right customer service approach, which makes it easy to get things done. Moreover, they offer solutions and know when to step in and go the extra mile.

We communicate via Basecamp, which we also used for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very honest and have a great work ethic. They’re genuinely good people; I can’t say a bad thing about them. Every aspect of them is amazing. I’m going to leave my current company and go into game development, and I’m actually considering taking them with me. They’re a creative and interactive agency, and they’re my top pick.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I honestly can’t think of anything. We’ve never had a situation where we’d even get mildly inconvenienced.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communicate your needs and make sure you have a good brief. You have to know exactly what you want to get the most out of them. If you’re on the fence, they can obviously offer solutions and help you out, but it’s best to know what you want. That way, mohi.to can fully optimize the end product for you.

**The Review** — Jan 28, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: Within three months, mohi.to successfully migrated the site, maintaining the site’s functionalities as well as its SEO equity. This was just in time for the holidays and contributed to higher sales. While the team could be more diligent with agile methodologies, they were reliable in their delivery.
"“When they committed to something, they definitely delivered.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the former head of e-commerce growth for Toys”R”Us Poland. My responsibilities were to work closely with our third-party partners to achieve our desired e-commerce channel goals.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with mohi.to?

When I came on board, I conducted an audit of our people, processes, and technology to see how our situation came about. I quickly became aware that our e-commerce engine was old and outdated, and our technical partner wasn’t agile enough to make the necessary changes to adapt to our business needs. Our main goal was to find a partner that could lead us through an e-commerce platform migration.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

mohi.to was responsible for migrating our e-commerce engine to Shopify. We wanted to do as minimal as we could to get the project live so that we could be prepared for the holidays. With that in mind, it wasn’t a lift-and-shift project, so to speak — they just focused mainly on the migration before handling some minor redesign.

As for the site optimizations, they updated our Google Analytics in addition to implementing some third-party Shopify plug-ins. We also had custom integrations between Shopify middleware into our back office.

What is the team composition?

Our main points of contact were Tomasz and Kamil (Co-Founders).

How did you come to work with mohi.to?

The primary driver for me was that I needed a team local to Poland that also worked in Shopify. I did a Google search for Polish Shopify partners and came across Clutch. After setting those filters and going through a short vendor selection process, I landed on mohi.to.

How much have you invested with them?

We came in shy of $30,000 for that initial project. Once we launched, we went into a support service agreement, which was separate.

What is the status of this engagement?

The migration started in July 2020 and went live in August 2020. I was skeptical at first that they could complete the project within two and a half months, but they delivered an out-of-box product that we could launch. Now, they’re still working with us for support.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had a few key metrics: one of them was to keep all of our core functionality so that a shopper could find the right toys, place them in a cart, and check them out. Another was to maintain our organic search equity so that we wouldn’t experience too much of a dip. Finally, we needed to complete the launch before the holidays. While we did see a minor dip in sales, we then able to make up for it by exceeding our holiday sales goals.

How did mohi.to perform from a project management standpoint?

In general, they delivered, communicated, and escalated as necessary. Basecamp was the tool of choice for managing the project. Tomasz was pretty good about conveying task status and being aware of the efforts going on at any given time. I was a bit more particular about the planning side — I wanted to know the details and get actual dates. But, we worked around it by sticking to two-week sprints and operating in a semi-agile (more of a waterfall) approach.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When they committed to something, they definitely delivered. I’d also add that their design capabilities were above average for e-commerce sites, and their price was competitive compared to the Polish market.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We struggled a bit post-launch when we moved from a semi-agile to a fully agile approach. Running and planning two-week sprints seemed a little challenging, and I ended up introducing Scrum concepts to them that seemed pretty new.

On top of that, they could’ve acted more as a strategic partner, suggesting opportunities to enhance our business using Shopify.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re a small agency, so you’ll probably be engaged with their leadership because they make the magic happen between their delivery teams. However, that also means they just can’t commit the time to be available at every moment, and rightfully so. You just have to keep your expectation low in terms of their availability.

**The Review** — Sep 1, 2020

**Feedback Summary**: Thanks to mohi.to's efforts, the new site managed to impress both the software house team and their board managers. The team used Basecamp to manage the project accompanied by daily reports. They were skilled in both design and development.
""The site looks great, and they hit the bullseye with the theme and with our brand colors."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a junior marketing specialist for a software house part of HICRON Sp. z o.o.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire mohi.to, and what were your goals?

The software house part of our company wasn't really visible on the company's website. Clients had troubles with finding information about our services, many of them didn't even know we offer software development or cloud services.

To drive the success of the software house, we decided on creating a new website. We hoped that mohi.to can design and later develop a site that not only will be modern, light, and intuitive, but also will do well in search engines - so new clients can find us, and then quickly see what we can do for them.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select mohi.to and what were the deciding factors?

Mohi.to did for us a similar project - they created a new site for our careers page. We were impressed with their sense of design, their approach to the user paths, and their creative decisions. Their support even after the project ended was also outstanding. They made our brand look great once, we were sure they can do it again.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Mohi.to invited us to talk about our expectations, business environment, objectives, and our strong and weak points. Then, they designed users paths, and then the first draft of the whole website in the form of a fully interactive mockup.

It was clear mohi.to looked at the site in a holistic way - understanding the users act differently if they land on the main page, and differently if they find our blog post via Google.

Later, they presented a design mockup, using our brand colors and logos. We were once again impressed by how creatively they approach this task. They suggested a whole key visual, as well as a few ideas for matching copywriting. Next, they developed a WordPress site.

There is one word to describe how they worked with WordPress, and its: miraculous. Mohi.to made everything on our new site easily customizable, even by people with no web development experience.

They gave us pieces that we can combine in whatever way we want, and the effect is always amazing. Boxes, lists, carousels, spaces for experts' quotes, a "showcase" for our team members - everything is there.

Even the graphics and photos scale themselves perfectly wherever we upload them, which makes our work much faster and easier. In the meanwhile, mohi.to worked not only on the PC website but also on the mobile version. It looks simply great and is very easy to navigate.

Last part was bug fixing and preparing to go live. Mohi.to was always ready to help and search for the best way to fix any problems. We can count on them - even now after the project is over.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In the initial stages, we worked with UX Consultant and UI Designer. Later - with Web developer. Behind the scenes worked also a tester. During the whole project, we were in touch with the Key Account Manager - who was always ready to answer all our questions.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Every person we show the new website is impressed - from members of the software house team to the board managers. And objectively speaking, the new website is ten times easier to navigate than the previous one and presents our services and team much better.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

We used Basecamp and InVision to communicate. Managing the project through Basecamp was a great idea - it allowed us to ask questions and comment on the work done, as well as see who is working on what. In one place we had all the information about the project we needed.

Especially during the design part, we were impressed by how regularly UI Designer sent us reports.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their strongest suit is their skills - both in design and in development. The site looks great, and they hit the bullseye with the theme and with our brand colors. The WordPress part doesn't stop to impress: everything is flexible and easy to customize, so each page can look exactly as we want it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We would like them to maintain the frequency of reporting - after the design stage, reports were coming not as regularly. Luckily, they picked up the speed later on.

Their team was transparent and communicative throughout their process, meeting weekly and using Basecamp to keep their client updated.
"“We really appreciated how responsive they were to all of our requests.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the head of marketing running everything from brand positioning to content production for a software development agency with operations across the US, Europe, and Asia. Our primary focus is the development of web and mobile applications for venture-backed startups, Fortune 500 companies, and international NGOs.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with mohi.to?

We wanted to upgrade our existing website architecture, and along with that, we wanted to rethink and redesign our website as part of our rebranding effort.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Our in-house designers provided wireframes for mohi.to to work from, and they handled all of the development from there. They developed a WordPress website architecture from the ground up and added animations and certain things to the site as they saw fit.

What is the team composition?

We worked with about three people from their firm in total.

How did you come to work with mohi.to?

We found mohi.to through an internal referral from one of our designers. From there, we proceeded to reach out and do a discovery call, and then they sent us some samples of their work. We were impressed with their past work as well as how they articulated how they were going to build things and bear the cost structure.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $15,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June–August 2019.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Overall, our feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, both internally and externally. We are completely satisfied with every aspect, including how the website works, looks, and feels. Everyone who has seen the new branding material has really liked what they saw.

How did mohi.to perform from a project management standpoint?

We primarily used Basecamp, email, and phone calls to communicate on a regular basis, and we held Zoom meetings during the week.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very transparent. We knew exactly what was going on at any given time and were able to reach them regardless of the time or day of the week. We really appreciated how responsive they were to all of our requests.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Basecamp wouldn’t be our first choice, internally, so my only real suggestion would be that they could potentially find a more modern solution for project management that might be a better fit.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Go for it. They’re a fantastic team, so just make sure you lay out exactly what you need as early on in the engagement and they’ll develop exactly what you’re looking for.

**The Review** — Jul 13, 2018

**Feedback Summary**: Communicating clearly from the start, mohi.to’s team inspired confidence throughout the project. While there were some minor delays, those could be chalked up to waiting on assets and not to any time-zone differences. Expertise and responsiveness were hallmarks of their high-quality work.
""They were attentive and responded quickly, so we felt well-serviced throughout."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

Diffusion Digital is a digital marketing agency based in London. We focus on branding, user experience, web production, and SEO.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with mohi.to?

We outsource all of our production, designers, and developers. We'd grown to the point where we needed to form a new partnership with an agency to handle all of our web development.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We worked with mohi.to on about 20 projects over a three year period. Typically, they built WordPress websites in order to provide a backend solution that allows our customers to manage the content of their websites. They also did frontend development based on designs that we’d created with other companies. We never use out-of-the-box designs, so they built custom templates for those sites. They also frequently had to integrate external e-commerce systems such as fulfillment, logistics, and stock management.

What is the team composition?

We had a project manager for each project who served as our main point of contact. Depending on the size of the project, there might have been one developer or 2–3.

How did you come to work with mohi.to?

They were a recommendation from our account manager who had worked with them previously in Poland. Also, their rates were very competitive.

How much have you invested with them?

The average project cost was around £4000–£5000 (approximately $5200–$6600 USD). In total, we spent between £50,000–£70,000 (approximately $66,000–$92,400 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with mohi.to from August 2014–June 2017.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their work was always done very thoroughly. They followed a rigorous process. Inevitably there's going to be a number of bugs when you develop a new site, but they did a lot of QA and internal testing themselves. Everything was fixed in a professional manner. We never had a negative experience with them throughout the duration.

How did mohi.to perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication was key in working with them with in a remote capacity. They had a good system where we used project management tools such as Basecamp and other kinds of communication like Slack and Skype, as well as regular phone calls and emails. They had a lot of tools in place to ensure that their remote status didn't become a problem. If anything, they were waiting for us to provide them with assets before they could move forward. They were attentive and responded quickly, so we felt well-serviced throughout.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re nice, friendly people with great attitudes. It felt like we were one team working together rather than the typical client/agency relationship. They had a very organized and professional structure to the way they went about our projects. They took the time to understand each brief to make sure it was completely aligned with our expectations.

Any advice for potential customers?

Focus on using the mohi.to team for the job you hired them to do, rather than as a resource for anything digital. Members of my team would sometimes pepper them with a lot of questions that weren't directly in-line with the project. They were very nice and wanted to be helpful, but it became apparent that we were draining a lot of their time asking questions that we could have worked out ourselves.

**Feedback Summary**: Although long-term impact statistics were still lacking, the new website had already improved traffic. mohi.to impressed with their transparent and clear communication, adaptive management style, and personal investment in the project's success.
""We felt that they really cared about the project, and weren’t just doing a job."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

Jones Lang LaSalle is an international real estate company that services clients looking for offices, or building investments. I am responsible for developing CRM tools and websites for some of our departments. I specifically oversee the office department, which helps companies find space to rent. I find, design, develop and implement solutions.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with mohi.to?

The project began seven or eight years ago, when we realized that the digital market had changed a lot. Website design trends had changed, and our site was not as attractive as it had been three or four years before. We got in touch with mohi.to to align our products with common trends, design a more attractive aesthetic, and offer a more competitive advantage.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

The collaboration started with an analysis that identified important changes. The aim was to completely reorganize our website and address it more explicitly to our clients. The site contained many tools, and we knew that it was not possible to display all of them.

mohi.to helped us choose between those tools, create a new design, and connect it with our database. Their work consisted the graphic design and implementation of our frontend. They worked on tweaked templates using a JavaScript library, HTML5, and CSS3.

What is the team composition?

I don’t know exactly how many team members were used, but at least five or six people were engaged. At one point, up to 10 people were connected to the project on the Basecamp platform. We were in contact with three mohi.to members.

How did you come to work with mohi.to?

Without using referrals, we looked online and found some names. We organized meetings with several companies. After having three or four conversations and comparing multiple offers, we found mohi.to to be the best. The quality was very good.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with mohi.to in May 2017, and finished in November.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We use Google Analytics to monitor how the frontend design change influenced our website traffic. In three months, we will obtain metrics we can rely on. The short-term situation is much better, but a comprehensive analysis will require more time.

How did mohi.to perform from a project management standpoint?

We used Basecamp for tracking and mostly communicated through Skype, where we had conference calls with shared screens two or three times per week. We also had a few in-person meetings to talk about more important matters. Each time, we were assured that we had addressed everything. Two people from mohi.to were always engaged with us, which we appreciated.

We slipped a bit on the time schedule and weren’t satisfied with that, but many circumstances impacted that outcome.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are an agile company that can not only adapt solutions to different company cultures, but can also make their own adjustments to improve the collaboration. This, along with the personal engagement, is what convinced us to continue working with them. We felt that they really cared about the project, and weren’t just doing a job. mohi.to treated the work as their own personal project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

For the time being, no.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

It’s hard to give any advice for solutions such as our own, especially because mohi.to was very approachable.

**The Review** — Dec 13, 2016

**Feedback Summary**: The client considers the site an integral part of the business, and it is the center of communication to customers; mohi.to’s work has contributed to significant growth. The site is user-friendly and loads quickly, and the team is professional and strives for perfection.
""If mohi.to approached a task, they took care of every single detail."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

Dinette is a chain of 3 restaurants in Wroclaw, Poland. The first one was started in 2012, and we have 84 employees at the moment. Dinette Sky Tower is located in an office building in the city, we also have a Di Cafe Deli, while the third restaurant is simply called Dinette. I am the owner of the company.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with mohi.to?

The business I wanted to open was different from others around me. I wanted to have a specific interior, conducive to a specific feeling. I needed to find someone able to create a website that would be both functional, but also give the people visiting it an idea of what visiting Dinette is like.

We've received a lot of hype after being mentioned in the most prestigious local culinary guide. Many people have heard about Dinette and want information about us and what our restaurants are like on the inside.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

mohi.to developed the dinette.pl website exactly as I expected. The site is informational, containing details about our location and menu. It is supposed to give customers the same feeling and aesthetic they would have when entering our restaurant. After opening the third location, we've had to rethink it, so we're currently working on a new version.

I gave mohi.to some ideas and examples of other sites that I liked to help them understand my expectations. We started work on the site's structure, and I was given design samples, as well as a working prototype; I tested it and gave it to friends to check out. Throughout the process, mohi.to has provided support for my ideas and been very helpful. I've appreciated their precision: if mohi.to approached a task, they took care of every single detail, many of which wouldn't even be noticed by regular visitors.

My only technical requirement was to avoid Flash since I find those sites very inefficient. I also wanted to have a mobile-responsive site. To support the project, mohi.to also offered photography services for my locations.

How did you come to work with mohi.to?

The founders of LiveChat service are my regular customers. I think LiveChat is a great business, which allows clients the chance to talk to consultants, so I asked the team if they could recommend a developer to me; they referred me to mohi.to.

How much have you invested with mohi.to?

The cost of mohi.to's work has been $2,500, including the website development and photography services.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with mohi.to at the beginning of 2013. We are currently trying to find time to work on the new website. Both of our teams have some ideas, so I hope we can meet with mohi.to at the beginning of January 2017.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

The first site served only one of our restaurants. It made it easy to change our menu and have countdowns to the new one, which is something our customers came to look forward to. The site is a part of the business, so it's difficult to evaluate it independently. My business has grown quickly within the last three years, and I'm sure that mohi.to's work was a part of this.

The site is user-friendly and gives quick access to our menus, especially on the mobile version. All comments for it were positive.

How did mohi.to perform from a project management standpoint?

We were two weeks behind schedule due to my inability to deliver some necessary feedback. mohi.to gave me access to an online project tracking tool, enabling me to see individual tasks being assigned to developers. It was a very professional approach.

What did you find most impressive about mohi.to?

I was looking for people who have the same views as me, especially regarding aesthetics. mohi.to's designer was a perfectionist, which made me feel assured with his work.

Are there any areas mohi.to could improve?

mohi.to's should clone its team, given the amount of work they're getting. They may have difficulties finding the best resources possible to grow.

**The Review** — Dec 8, 2016

**Feedback Summary**: Since the original website and brand development, the client has re-engaged mohi.to to create twin platforms for new markets. Mohi.to’s proactive communication was a selling point, and the team respected deadlines.
""They are clever, and they focus on what they are good at."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Cobe Sp. Z. o. o. imports goods to Poland to support our customers’ orders. We focus mainly on natural stone for construction purposes. I am a member of a board and CEO for purchase management.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with mohi.to?

As a company, we decided to start creating a brand that could help diversify our revenues. Mohi.to was engaged because we saw a need for professionals. By completing our project with an experienced team like mohi.to, we were able to stay within our organization’s budget and be secure in our deadlines.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

They did almost everything from beginning to end. The general idea was to create jewelry brand that offered only “Made in Poland” rings and wedding bands. Gold and natural gems are the only combination we offer. To support this effort, mohi.to worked with us in public relations, branding, e-commerce solutions, a full website, photo and movie production, products packages, and social media marketing. To make the website, mohi.to used WordPress.

How did you come to work with mohi.to?

I was looking for a partner close to my head office in Wroclaw, and I found them on Google. Mohi.to was selected because of their portfolio, friendly language they used on website, and immediate response to my engagement.

How much have you invested with mohi.to?

In total, our work with mohi.to cost between $20,000 and $40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our first meeting took place in mohi.to’s office at the beginning of 2015. We finished the project in September 2015. Some smaller projects with mohi.to are still ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

We now have a new Polish brand available in the market. Because the brand and products are considered “premium”, we are still developing and working on making it popular. We have decided to create a twin platform dedicated to the USA, UK, and Russia markets, which we also work on with mohi.to. We foresee that this twin platform will give substantial feedback in numbers.

How did mohi.to perform from a project management standpoint?

They did extremely well in terms of project management. Mohi.to’s communication was one of the reasons I chose to work with them. The mohi.to team respected deadlines, and I was advised about any delays with a reason and a solution.

What did you find most impressive about mohi.to?

Mohi.to is distinguished by their “fresh” thinking and personal involvement of their clients. They are clever, and they focus on what they are good at.

Are there any areas mohi.to could improve?

I was happy with the service, so I have nothing to say.

What challenge were you trying to address with mohi.to?

We needed to build a new website that represented our company because our old website was out of date. Our main goal was to refresh the image of my company on the internet and change key visuals, including the logo.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Mohi.to was in charge of visual design and development for our WordPress site. I had a general idea of our requirements, but mohi.to was involved in our project from the ground up. Mohi.to also provided training for our team, allowing us to manage the site ourselves.

How did you come to work with mohi.to?

I searched on Google for development companies in our region. Mohi.to was one of the top results. I sent them a request for proposal, which was followed by a meeting. Mohi.to was focused on our expectations, they had good references, and the financial offer was what we needed.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

I don't have any metrics for the results of mohi.to’s work, but I was pleased with the website they created. Since the website was created, we have had much more online inquiries and increased traffic compared to our previous site. Design-wise, the site is much better than our previous page.

How did mohi.to perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything was delivered on schedule. We used an online tool for communication, which was a new approach for me; it was very efficient. I never had a problem contacting mohi.to, either by email or phone.

What did you find most impressive about mohi.to?

I don't have experience with similar companies, but I liked working with mohi.to. They're a very professional group. Even though we don't have any ongoing projects, I can still contact mohi.to's team any time for support.

Are there any areas mohi.to could improve?

We struggled with the problems arising from having several sites, based on different technologies, fulfilling different needs.
