The team designed the initial version (V1) of the Paysend platform from the ground up, establishing the core user experience and visual identity. Key deliverables included:
User research and competitive analysis in the fintech/cross-border transfer space.
UX/UI design for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
End-to-end user flows for registration, KYC/verification, and international money transfers.

Creation of a scalable design system, interactive prototypes, and design specs for developer handoff.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Paysend successfully launched its mobile and web services with these designs in place and reached its first 500,000 users, demonstrating strong demand for the new international transfer experience.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I worked with Pasha during the launch of Uzum’s Cash Loan product. With his help, we designed the main loan and repayment flows, including early repayment. These flows were implemented and launched in production as part of the product.

Today, the product serves hundreds of thousands of customers, and early repayment is still one of the key scenarios in the overall experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The resulting product now supports a portfolio of more than 5 million issued cards. During the engagement, Uzum Bank’s total loan portfolio reached approximately $421 million, demonstrating the scale of its lending operations.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

What I appreciated most was how involved and responsive Pasha was throughout the project. We had plenty of discussions and disagreements along the way, but they were always productive and helped us get to a better result. He was persistent when he believed in a solution and was always ready to jump in and help, even outside normal working hours. That level of involvement made it much easier for us to move quickly and get the product into production.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was that Pasha never felt like an external designer. He was deeply involved in the product, challenged our ideas when he disagreed, and genuinely cared about the final result, not just delivering a set of screens. It felt much more like having another strong product person on the team than working with an agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Module Agency could have done differently?

Nothing significant comes to mind. The work was very thorough, the designs were polished down to the details, and overall the collaboration worked really well.

I’m the project director of a company that specializes in creating premium sporting hospitality experiences worldwide, setting industry standards, and continually innovating its services.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Module Agency to accomplish for your company?

We needed help with the development of UX/UI designs for user scenarios based on goals defined. We also needed to adapt ours and the partners' brand guidelines to align with the app’s UX/UI design.

Module Agency has been responsible for developing UX/UI designs for user scenarios based on goals defined. The team has also adapted the client's brand guidelines to align with the app’s UX/UI design. In addition, Module Agency has prepared design documentation and overseen its implementation by the developers. The team has collaborated with the product lead to develop documentation on trackable events in the application for use by the developers. Moreover, Module Agency has created clickable prototypes, formulated and implemented product hypotheses to improve user experience, and created app design mockups for split test implementation.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Over time, we’ve reached a zero bounce rate, and feature adoption has increased by 40% compared to previous results when Module Agency started working on the project. Before Module Agency, suppliers were making app designs from the ground up. However, the team has introduced design systems and created elements that can be reused. This has saved about 60% of the hours spent on design when launching a new version of the app for the new project. In addition, the team has consistently met deadlines.
