Moburst collaborated with me, Product Manager of Amdocs Labs, to create the new look and feel, interactive prototype, and enhanced user experience (UX) of the self-service and billing demonstrations showcased at the Mobile World Congress (MWC). This scope included defining UI styling, integrating conversational AI (Copilot), optimizing Figma file performance, and refining the flow of the B2C billing and Customer 360 demos.

The project consisted of a full redesign and development of our organizational website (both in terms of visual identity and user experience) that reflects the breadth of our mission, engages diverse audiences, and supports meaningful action; whether donating, volunteering, partnering, or seeking help. The scope of work included: 

• Website specification and planning: creating the sitemap, user flows, and defining the new structure and functionalities. 
• Design: a full visual and UX redesign to align with our brand identity and create an intuitive experience. 
• Development: end-to-end implementation of the website. 
• Integrations: connecting the website with external platforms such as payment gateways, CRM, and marketing tools.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although the website has only recently launched, we already see promising results:

• Visitors engage more deeply with program content, with the new structure making it easier to understand the breadth of our mission and activities.
• The donation and volunteering/careers application flows are smoother and more intuitive, leading to higher completion rates.
• The integration with our CRM enables faster and more personalized follow-up with donors, partners, volunteers and help seekers.

These early outcomes give us confidence that the new website will continue to drive meaningful engagement and support.

Unfortunately, it's still a little too early to tell since we just relaunched the new app with Moburst's onboarding changes. I believe those were needed and great recommendations, so we're excited to see how it performs.

They delivered on time and actually gave us more ideas than we could handle! We're a small team, and we found they had many more people available to help and jump in when needed, but we also had to slow down the workload at times to keep up.

To create an animated explainer video for a technical product that is quite complex. Was important that the video would explain the technical capabilities and abstract functions in a way that is short, concise and easy to understand. It was also important that the video looked good and would be engaging to watch.

Communication was very good. Ben would typically respond to emails within a matter of days. The video creation process was clear and well structured, starting with a script, moving to a storyboard and then animation. They were also very patient with us as we had delays on our end that held up the creative process.

Initially, we were looking for outsourcing companies and interviewed four service providers.  We liked Moburst’s work from the beginning and chose them because of their transparency and their previous experience working with influencers.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve seen positive results on our website visit numbers and our YouTube impact metrics. Moburst’s campaign has also led to improved conversions and new users. 

How did Moburst perform from a project management standpoint?

Moburst has delivered work as planned. Working with influencers sometimes causes delays, and that is something Moburst can’t control. However, Moburst meets deadlines and has reached our project’s targets. The team has delivered more pieces of content than the ones we have in the contract. Our communication with Moburst is quick and easy. 

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I’ve worked more closely with Melanie (Creator Network Manager), and she’s great. Although all of Moburst’s teammates I’ve worked with are productive and have unique ideas — we’re very happy with Moburst’s team.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Moburst has been proactive since the beginning of our engagement. The team is productive and responds quickly to our requests. Moburst has resolved issues with influencers and delivered content quickly.

Moburst was tasked with creating a 4-minute animated video about the company's product. They did the project impeccably from start to finish. They wrote the script, created a storyboard, designed animation, added soundtrack, sound effects, subtitles.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Moburst delivered a 4-min video of the company's product. We've shown the video internally to management and employees and it received the highest ratings across the board. We are now creating a media campaign around the video, including social media, general media, email outreach and more. Up until now, this is by far the most professional video our company has created since its founding.

I’m a former department director for a startup company that develops interactive video technology for e-commerce purposes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Moburst?

The company went through a pivot, so we required a new website that matched the company’s new branding and messaging. We already had a website, but we wanted a company that could develop a new one from scratch. Moreover, in order to display our technology, we needed to implement our products into the website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Moburst helped us design and develop a new website from scratch. The process started with us creating the specifications and writing the copy for the website internally. Thus, we initially went to Moburst with a brief, our specifications, and a general idea of what we wanted on each page regarding the content and copy.

Additionally, we told Moburst where we wanted our interactive experiences to be placed. After the assessment process, they took our input and created the designs for our site using Figma. Then, they developed it in WordPress. After the project ended, they offered maintenance and hosting services.

Our website has everything a user would expect from a brand website. It has a library with our interactive video templates, as well as a page that describes all of our technology’s features.

We worked together on this project from around September–November 2022. However, the company is still working with Moburst on adding more capabilities, features, and updates as our product grows.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

When we started the project, we had a very good idea of what we wanted, and Moburst executed our ideas to perfection. The website they delivered is very user-friendly and user-oriented, and it provides a lot of great examples of what the company can do for their clients.

Once we launched the new website, the user feedback was amazing! People loved the new design and thought the messaging was very clear. Now, it’s easily understandable the value we offer and what we do. We’ve been hearing nothing but good compliments.

How did Moburst perform from a project management standpoint?

Moburst performed wonderfully. They were very organized, highly communicative, and really easy to work with. Their task management was very clear, and they were very transparent about all the open tasks and the project’s status. We communicated via phone, Zoom, email, and text messages, and we used monday.com for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

First and foremost, Moburst’s customer service level was impressive — their project management was critical for the project’s success. Additionally, they were very creative, thought outside the box, and responded to our change requests very quickly.

Throughout the process, Moburst made a lot of suggestions and brought to the table really creative ideas. We really valued their input; they demonstrated that they knew what they were talking about. On top of that, they were professional, friendly, and pleasant to work with.

Although there are always small things in any development process that can be improved, we experienced no major issues. Overall, we were very happy with everything.

We engaged Moburst to develop and design a website for our firm with new branding. We wanted the site to look prestigious and engaging to entice users to spend more time navigating the site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we met with the Moburst team to discuss our needs for the website, including the pages and type of design that would best convey our message. We exchanged examples of other law firms’ websites to ensure we aligned on inspiration before Moburst started the design phase. Then, the Moburst team submitted the first draft of the website design, and we shared our feedback. 

After making some minor revisions to the design, they developed the site using WordPress. They created a news page and individual pages for each of our lawyers. They also made tabs within each lawyer’s page outlining their practice areas.

Since launching the website, we’ve kept Moburst on a monthly retainer to help us maintain the site and upload content. They’ve also been responsible for designing presentation decks and posts for Facebook. We haven’t utilized Moburst’s SEO or marketing services yet, but we plan to in the future.

We looked at other websites for inspiration and noticed that Moburst had designed and developed many of the sites that stood out to us. I approached them and liked their dynamic nature and youthful spirit, so we moved forward.

We initially engaged Moburst in July 2021, and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

From the very first website draft Moburst submitted, we knew we’d chosen the right service provider. The managing partner and I were very impressed with the draft, which aligned perfectly with our vision and goals. After making some minor tweaks to the design, they built a functional, modern website.

We’ve been very satisfied with the results; our clients and partners have commented on the quality of the site and its beautiful design. Their development efforts have helped us improve the UX for our clients, especially concerning our newsletter. Before working with Moburst, we emailed our newsletters and attached pdf files linked to our website and social media accounts. Now, our newsletter links directly to our website, so we’ve removed a step, which has contributed to a significant increase in website traffic. 

How did Moburst perform from a project management standpoint?

Moburst has managed the project superbly; they’ve been an efficient, professional partner. They’ve responded promptly to our requests and made themselves available at all times. The team has consistently welcomed opportunities to further our partnership, which we’ve appreciated.

We’ve used WhatsApp, email, and phone to communicate and Google Drive to share requirements and keep track of tasks. The team has consistently delivered work on time. We experienced one project delay due to my maternity leave, but that had nothing to do with Moburst. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve been most impressed by Moburst’s industry and market knowledge; they’ve shared valuable web design and development expertise. Additionally, they’ve been a dynamic and considerate partner. They’ve assessed our business requirements and delivered what we asked for and more. I have no doubt that I’ve been working with the best team in the business.

I’m the owner of Medias, a digital creative company providing services for culinary businesses in Israel. Our services include digital marketing, website development, content creation, influencer marketing, and more.

We wanted to develop and design a new website for a client, one of the largest bakeries in Israel. The site needed to have a new look and feel.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

To start off, we worked together on the purpose of the website, defining who the users would be and what kind of information they needed. Moburst then produced designs and sent them to our client for approval. Later on, their team developed the website and loaded all content from the old website. They also added new content, such as recipes, product pages, and a new language. The site was built on WordPress.

Currently, Moburst provides maintenance support, especially whenever the content needs to be changed.

I mainly work with their designer and creative manager.

I found them through an online search. I reviewed several of their case studies as well as the websites they had designed and developed for other big companies. I ended up liking their work a lot because it showed that they have great attention to small details, which made their outputs look really good.

Our client is very satisfied with the website, and they've gotten a lot of compliments about it. We’re also seeing that the website is doing much better than the old one in terms of page views and bounce rate because users can easily find the information they’re looking for.

Their project management style is great. Moburst has done everything they can to deliver on time, and working with them has been very fluid and easy. Whenever we need to add something or have a change of heart, they always say yes to us. For communication, we interact mainly through phone calls, email, and in-person meetings.

I’m impressed by the fact that their team wants to deliver a project that they can be proud of. They’ve made sure to deliver a product that not only works but also looks good and innovative. For instance, whenever we wanted something that did not look or work well, their team would always make sure that we understood clearly the consequences of every choice, allowing us to make smart decisions. Overall, they never give me the feeling that they just want to deliver something.
