While the overall experience with Mobius Studios was very positive, there are is one minor area where the process could be even smoother in future collaborations. More proactive check-ins during key stages of the project, such as early modeling, texturing, or animation drafts, would help ensure alignment before assets move into final rendering.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Long story short, I am a person who believe in numbers as a businessman, our total spending on the ERP system was a few thousand short of 100k $, in the span of 6 months of operations we have identified loop holes in the previous organization structure and saved 65k$ in terms of material handling, SCM and HRM. 

So, I believe we have better control over the organization and I had swift ROI on the ERP system.

TDC used a project management system new to me called JIRA, but it was perfect having broken down the whole project into multiple epics and story points. They kept the AGILE software development approach, and there was probably only one sprint that they delayed out of all. 

As far as communication is concerned, they were super fast in communication and even though we were located in the same region we only met a few times for meetings and otherwise maintained communication through Microsoft Teams and other platforms.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most unique selling point they had was the energetic and young team they have, I am myself a 70+ person with a business empire but it hit me when I saw the group of people working hard and explaining the product as well as using latest technologies to deliver the best. 

They guided me through the whole process of technology framework selection for the ERP system, although I am a non-technical person. So, I would say clarity and client awareness is the most unique characteristic of the company.

TDC can improve training client people to reduce dependency to the client. I believe this is the point where they can improve.
