Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We use a lot of different AI and research tools, but the difficult part is managing the process around them. A client engagement can move through LLM audits, prompt research, competitor analysis, authority and citation work, implementation, and then ongoing performance monitoring. Mobbiz helped us turn that into a more structured workflow. Instead of replacing the tools we already use, it sits around them and helps manage the steps, rules and handoffs between them. That was a much better fit for us than trying to force the whole process into a generic project management tool.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main improvement was consistency. We could take a complicated process that has a lot of moving parts and make it more repeatable from one of our own clients to the next. There is less manual coordination between stages of the work, and it is easier to track what has been completed, what is waiting on something else and what needs attention. We were also able to do this without changing the AI and marketing tools our team already uses.

They were easy to work with and understood that our workflow was going to keep changing. AI visibility is still a fast-moving field, so we did not want to build something rigid that would be outdated in a few months. The no-code setup made it much easier to adjust the process as our services evolved.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How customizable it is without needing us to build our own software. Our process is much more complicated than moving a task from “to do” to “done.” There are approvals, different paths, recurring checks and several tools involved. Mobbiz gave us a way to manage that complexity while keeping the tools we already use. That is the biggest difference we noticed compared with using a normal project management database or trying to build the whole process ourselves. Their methodology is a major differentiator. They helped us fully systematize how we work, standardize our data and processes, and automate a significant portion of our operations—all within weeks and without disrupting the business. Their approach is exceptionally agile and non-invasive, enabling projects to be rolled out quickly and seamlessly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mobbiz Solutions could have done differently?

There is a bit of upfront thinking required when the workflow is complex. You need to be clear about your stages, rules and exceptions before automating them. More templates for complex service-delivery workflows would make that first part easier.
