I’m a director at an enforcement agent company. We provide enforcement agents to the public sector.

What challenge were you trying to address with MMD?

Our website was a bit flat and needed to be more interactive. We were looking to update the site to make it more attractive for potential customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

MMD redesigned our website from scratch. We had an initial meeting with the director where we explained what we wanted. They created mockups to show us how the website would look. We provided the content we wanted on each page, and they took care of the design.

Currently, they help us if any changes are needed in the site’s code beyond what I can do.

What is the team composition?

We mainly have contact with two people from MMD. 

How did you come to work with MMD?

They’ve been our partners for so long that I can’t remember how we found them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2015, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re very happy with the site’s redesign. The quality of MMD’s service is very good; I don’t have any complaints. Additionally, they complete our requests quickly and without any fuss.

How did MMD perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very good at communicating and sticking to schedule and budget. We use email for communication. If we have any issues, we contact the support team, and they ask what we need. For the redesign, they kept us in the loop throughout the process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with the availability of MMD’s team. They keep us informed, and they’re very quick to action with any request that we have. We don’t use any other providers because once we find a product that we’re happy with, we stick with that company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there isn’t anything they need to improve from my point of view.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice would be to give MMD a chance because they’re a very good company and buy into their customers’ requirements.

Local, fast reply, professional and understood all of my immediate and longer term requirements.

A wide range of Wordpress work, including WooCommerce, Stripe, Paypal and various other plug ins, plus plenty of helpful advice.

The project manager is always on call to answer questions.

We've had no issues with our website at all since MMD started to look at it.

As mentioned before, the attention to detail and full explanation of the work they are doing is great. Scheduling work for future dates has never been an issue either

I was Digital Marketing Manager who provided a single pane of glass view via their cloud Cyber Security platform.

We hired them for web site development and maintenance alongside a big rebrand project. They also provided ongoing support for our website integrations and any changes and major issues we faced.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Efficiency, project management and cost. There was also some ongoing history with MMD.

Assisted in the wire framing, design, and implementation of a brand new rebranded website. This was all built on Wordpress and also handled improving integrations with Pardot and Salesforce.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website was delivered on time and any troubleshooting was handled asap. Ongoing support was exceptional with MMD taking on a support retainer with the company.

Always delivered on time. Easy to communicate with and very approachable. Weren’t afraid to make valid suggestions and critiques.

The staff and their level of ongoing support and attentiveness were impressive.

In my opinion no. They did a fantastic job!

Gregor and his team came highly recommended by another trusted supplier. An intro call with Gregor was all it took to convince me I would be in safe hands.

Two Wordpress websites running on Elementor needed optimisation. The MMD team completed the necessary development work in a staging environment. Tested fully before deployment on their preferred hosting environment.

Gregor worked closely with me in combination with other suppliers and stakeholders.

The key deliverable of passing Core web vitals and hitting PageSpeed mobile scores of 70+ sitewide was achieved.

Straightforward phone and email updates.They were quick to respond and happy to jump on a call if needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

MMD's track record and in particular Gregor's confidence and authority during intro calls. Gregor understood the requirement immediately, where other developers could not offer solutions.
