I’m the owner and founder of RCAS. We’re a bespoke crisis and security management consulting agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with MK Way?
We needed to do some work on our existing website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
MK Way completely redesigned our WordPress website. Initially, they took some of the original copy and some of the content, but for all intents and purposes, it was a new website. They did some of the work modules in Adobe XD.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Mike (Founder & CEO) and four other team members.
How did you come to work with MK Way?
They found me. I get solicitation messages every day for various reasons, and MK Way did a short two-minute video. It was the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, and I was attracted to their message because it was personalized and short. They didn’t take too much of my time and weren’t trying to sell me anything; they just asked how we were doing. I was intrigued, so I spoke to Mike. He was very authentic and honest about what I needed. We had a frank conversation, which was quite refreshing.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $7,000–$8,000 CAD (approximately $5,000–$6,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started the project in July 2022 and finished it in October 2022; it took 2–3 months. However, we already had a relationship with MK Way. Before, they helped us move the site, manage its hosting, and do maintenance. We’re currently looking at doing a social media campaign with them.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We received lots of positive feedback, and the initial reaction on LinkedIn was pretty strong.
How did MK Way perform from a project management standpoint?
They managed the project exceptionally well. All their timing estimates were pretty accurate. We mainly communicated through Google Meet.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their personalized approach made them stand out. I get emails every day about SEO, and they often have my name spelled wrong. On the other hand, MK had a refreshing approach to website management, which is what actually gets sites noticed.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There were a few minor details with the website, but we’ve already shared them with Mike.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You should discuss your goals; it’ll provide fresher and more varied alternatives. As we talked more with MK Way, we realized that we were the ones that weren’t understanding, not the other way around. Therefore, my advice is to go with an open mind and talk about your objectives. When the experts come back to you, listen to them.
