Mintmedia developed the "my heart's helper" website for the agreed upon price. They did everything v extremely professionally and in a timely manner. Everything was delivered on time and as agreed upon and promised. They are very reliable and easy to communicate with. They are responsive and very knowledgeable. The price for the value that I got was very good and I am very happy with their services. I would recommend in a heartbeat!

Deliverables were delivered in a timely manner (always in advance of the deadline we had agreed to) and the final product far exceeded our expectations! Also, Mint Media was very cognizant of our budget and, when necessary, presented less expensive solutions that would afford us equivalent results.

Mint Media's project management was incredible! They made it feel much less as if they were our supplier and much more as if they were our partner in our business.
They delivered on time 100% of the time (usually in advance of the deadline) and deliverables always exceeded expectations.

The journey with Mint was so collaborative! Mint Media took our ideas and made them so much better! They were also incredibly open to feedback throughout the process.

Mint Media design & developed for us a marketing website utilizing the Wordpress CMS and a web app that allowed us to internally manage our client Google Business Profiles as well as summarize analytics reports. Post development, they also executed a year long link building campaign for SEO purposes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This project consisted of 3 phases. For the marketing website, we measured success via estimated conversion on users scheduling appointments for discovery calls. For the web app, we qualified success via the ease of use of the platform internally and by the amount of bugs that we encountered. For the link building service, we saw a great increase in organic traffic over the year.

Their communication was outstanding. Always answering within 24 hours of a question or revision request. I don't think we EVER waited for more than 24 hours to receive an email response. We were assigned one project manager/point of contact for the design and development phase, which made it extremely easy to discuss.

The availability and ease of communications. They provided wonderful updates throughout the projects on a weekly basis, even when we didn't ask for them. They simplified the explanation for any roadblocks and always provided great options for potential solutions.
