For what projects/services did your company hire MINT IT, and what were your goals?

We wanted to create a mobile app to link between farmers and workers during harvest. We were able to create a mobile job board and MintIT helped me with the design and app development and deployment.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We select MintIT because we had an idea about their level of delivery. We wanted to invest in a final architecture and something that will stay.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We met several times and exchanges by email regarding the scope of the project. Once agreed, we started with the logo design and then wireframing, high fidelity and then functionalities. We used Figma to follow and exchange regarding the design of the app. Then they used MongoDB, Node.JS and Flutter for the app. ReactJS for backoffice web app.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

4 members. Abir for the design Mohamed Hendaoui for the mobile development Amine for the backend Someone I didn't exchange with for the backoffice web app development

The app was ready on Nov 1st : the start of the olive harvest

The project manager was available and easy to communicate with while he was there. Then we were able to contact the team directly and plan with them the different tasks all through email and phone.
