We were working with an Ecommerce client who had a WordPress and WooCommerce site. We needed to change the Ecommerce to Shopify website. It was a complicated development build so that the two systems would work together while retaining our SEO architecture.

• We asked Mindsize to switch the site from WooCommerce to Shopify, but keep the rest of the site in WordPress. 
• Implement reviews into our existing design on the WordPress side.
• Create marketing connections for text campaigns.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successfully changed ecommerce portions of the site from WooCommerce to Shopify. Retained all our design and marketing elements. Took time to ensure all SEO technical components remained in place. Added ability for native apps withing website.

The team was very responsive during the development of the project. There were times when we needed more information about deliverables and the owner would regularly meet with us to ensure the project stayed on track. We communicated through email and slack, so felt the communication lines were always open.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had a deep knowledge of e-commerce and didn't take just the easiest path to resolving problems but understand the underlying issues and fix them for the long term. So many website creation companies just add ecommerce solutions on top of the build because they can. I chose Mindsize because they understand ecommerce first. For us, our website is the only form of revenue, so we needed experts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something {provider_name} could have done differently?

Our clients have been using the site for 7 months since they completed development and all is still running smoothly. They even created maintenance plans to ensure stability and security. I really think they thought of everything. From start to finish, they covered it all.
