My company offers IT services for international customers and my position is IT Manager.

I needed an ecommerce website which needed to be fast, intuitive and with a lot of products. Mindnmove concepted, designed, developed and shipped the solution in no time. The solution from Mindnmove was with beautiful design, all the products needed to be there and fast.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Mindnmove because they are cordial, experts and they deliver fast. We think they stand out from many development agencies in the world.

We had some meetings with Mindnmove managers during the project timeline and they assured us about the quality of service that they were developing for us. They worked in an agile way and before the final product they delivered to use some beta products and they were outstanding. The technologies used were up to date.

We worked closely with an IT Manager, 1 developer and one designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the product, the outcome was outstanding. We got so many calls questioning about the new product and many clients said the product was simple to use, beautiful and fast.

We had 3 weekly meetups with the team of Mindnmove on zoom and also we did communicate on Slack and Github for managing issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They work in a very professional way and they deliver amazing products.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All the bugs in the product betas were fixed before launching the product.

We found this vendor on facebook advertising campaigns. We got in touch with them and they were very trusted and friendly

After the first interview to see what mindnmove offer we had a second i terview where we sended out all the information needed. Then after this we saw a demo site , we did the chages we needed and thats it

Our website is easy and small , there was 2 people , one for design and one for development.

Now that we have our site online , more people are coming and more people are getting teust on us.

We did all through google meet, slack and trello. The guys were very organized , Artan was the best

I would like to say that Mindmove Web Services has a very experienced and friendly team. They understand very well and they dont give up until we were sattisfied. If you are overhelmend by other conpanies that leave your project on the middle, i highly suggest mindnmove.

The only changes we did was some color changes. They have follow perfectly what we told.

So, my goals was to have a clear website , fast loading and user-friendly. Mindnmove did a great job. Their team of specialist , especially Artan did a great job and we are very happy.

Well, there was not any specific thing why we choose , but their portfolio seems great and interview went very well

The process was very simple. After interview we have send all the information needed, then we got the stage site , after reviewing we pushed it online.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Well, after we lunch the new website. We saw that the abandoned carts are less then before, or lets say nothing. Traffic is increased. And we are getting more calls.

The team was very experienced and so it is not that we did a lot of meeting. We used Slack for communication,

How the eager they are. They did not quit until they delivered the project 100%.
