Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the CEO and co-founder of Expper Technologies, a healthcare technology startup building solutions to improve the quality of care for patients. Our solutions will be deployed across the world and in one of the biggest hospitals in the US.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with MIIIND?

We wanted to display our product online so our customers could understand its value. The biggest challenge we faced was that we had multiple customer types and needed targeted messaging for each. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

MIIIND worked in tandem with our internal development team to design our website and an interface for our robots. They dove deep into our business and researched our project to better understand what we needed. The MIIIND team then delivered a UX/UI design and concept that best displayed the value of our product and boosted our processes. 

We’ve been working with MIIIND for several years. We know that whenever we work with them, we have a guarantee that they’ll do a deep dive into the market and our user base to come up with tailored solutions. 

What is the team composition?

We primarily work with Arman (Founder & Project Manager). 

How did you come to work with MIIIND?

Arman was a lecturer at my university and taught me about product positioning and messaging — I was very impressed with him. So, when I started my company, I asked him to work with me. 

How much have you invested with them?

The price was very affordable; we spent less than $10,000 with MIIIND. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The web development project lasted from January–March 2020. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We wanted to improve lead generation with the website, and I’d say we achieved that goal. Our inbound sales rate increased after the new website design launch — leads coming to our website were better able to understand our values because of the improved UX. 

How did MIIIND perform from a project management standpoint?

MIIIND provided us with a clear project roadmap initially, and there was never a situation where they fell behind regarding deadlines. I also liked that they were very focused on our feedback and worked closely with our team. 

Even after completing the project, they’re still very supportive, and if we need something updated or fixed, they’re quick to respond to us. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of MIIIND’s work and their creativeness really sets them apart. They treat their customers well and are focused primarily on providing good quality products. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I am very satisfied with their services and there is nothing for them to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would tell potential customers to spend time documenting and presenting exactly what they want from the partnership to the MIIIND team.

I am the CEO of San Francisco based HR tech startup that helps companies to leverage their employees' social and professional networks for hiring.

For what projects/services did your company hire MIIIND?

We hired MIIIND to help us improve user experience by introducing new features and improving workflows of existing ones.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We ran a search, shorlisted potential solutions and chose MIIIND as they were able to clearly demonstrate their abilities to deliver high quality solution in a timely manner.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Their team did customer interviews to collect all the necessary inputs and mocked up a solution with different variants. Then they ran it by customers once more, adjusted based on the customer feedback. After that MIIND built the initial design, then iterated on it based on our feedback. Them teamed up with our product team to help with implementation.

We worked with a project manager, lead UX and 1 other designer.

Increased number of referrals through our platform.
