RESULTS & FEEDBACK

In our first full month of management, the cost per form submission dropped from an average of about EUR 170 in the first seven months of 2025 to EUR 71.50, with almost twice as many requests and 25% less spend. - We now have full visibility in our CRM on which campaign, keyword and source each lead comes from, and Google Ads receives lead quality data from our CRM. - After separating the quote form from the job application form, the share of in-target leads more than doubled.

Well organized and responsive. Dario came to calls with the data already analyzed and clear proposals, and tasks were tracked on a shared Asana board. When we asked for something, they reacted quickly and explained the reasoning behind their choices.

Their transparency and the way they looked beyond platform metrics, analyzing our CRM data and lead quality to evaluate the campaigns. They were always honest with us, even when the numbers were not what we hoped. I learned a lot from working with them, and the relationship was very positive on a human level.

The results in terms of closed deals from Google Ads were lower than we expected, but we believe this depended on our niche and the channel more than on the team’s work.

They outline all required tasks in Asana and keep track of deliverables, so I don't have to. Their follow-ups are also quick and I appreciate their reminders, meetings and communication skills.
