Creative Development: Repurposing my project photography into high-performing ad formats. This includes "Before & After" sliders, "Day in the Life" reels of your craftsmen, and 3D-to-Reality comparisons.

Lead Funnel Management: Building and optimizing the path a user takes from seeing an ad to booking a "Complimentary Design Consultation."

Technical Setup & Tracking: Managing the Meta Pixel and Conversions API on the Sea Pointe website to ensure every lead is tracked back to the specific ad that generated it.

I thought that it was very impressive that they notified me and immediately handled putting out a fire when our paid account was hacked with fruad charges. I was able to get a full refund on the charges and all was secure.

We needed to scale our Google Ads account without ruining our ROAS. In that period we were active only on the travel segment comparing parkings serving airports and harbors all around Italy. We hired Midsummer cause we needed help in optimizing the account. The market was extremely competitive and we had big issues at mantaining the ROAS at an acceptable level.

We started setting the goals of our collaborations. After that Midsummer made an audit of our account listing everything that we needed to fix or modify. They also gave us an order of priority for the actions to be made. After that, we took care of the execution with their guidance.

We scheduled regular calls with them, every couple of week to every month, in wich they would check the actions made and helped us with any issue. Together we would analyze the account performance looking for further chance of improvements.

For what projects/services did your company hire Midsummer Agency, and what were your goals?

Aligned to our business objective of expanding our reach in the European market to provide local support to the electronics industry in Italy, we launched our italian website in 2019. We hired Midsummer agency as they had good knowledge of the local culture, market and language. Our goal was to drive more traffic to the Italian website, create awareness and generate more leads and improve our online revenue on the .com website.

They assigned a project manager who distributed work amongst their team. There were 2 Google Ads specialists in communication with us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing Google PPC ads by Midsummer our online revenue generated from the italian website (referral traffic) has increased by 285%. Our Goal conversion has gone up by 173.73%.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Micky and his team provide outstanding support, they have been successful in managing our expectations and delivering campaigns on time. They set us up on a project management tool called Asana and our account is managed by him and his team using this tool.

They are a proactive agency and we have biweekly meetings where we discuss the account progress in detail. Any new requests are implemented very quickly and efficiently. They take my feedback very seriously and come up with new strategies.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impresses me most is their belief in their subject knowledge. They were able to convince me to rethink my strategy and the subsequent changes evidently brought in great results. They are a professional organization that understands customer expectations and business processes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If they had known Hebrew probably I would have given another account to them. :)
