We recently rebranded and needed a new website to reflect our new focus, and needed a Wordpress development team to execute on our vision and build a fast, responsive, interactive, and modern website that's functionally superior and aesthetically pleasing. We needed a multi-site setup to cater to different audiences for our business. The deliverables were two Wordpress websites on a multi-site setup that are both consistent with our brand.

The deliverables were two Wordpress websites on a multi-site setup that are both consistent with our brand.

Shilpa who was in-charge of the project was always very friendly and responsive and understanding of our needs. The entire team pulled together late nights, early mornings, were fast with workarounds, and poured their heart into the project to bring our websites to life and did so on time without any hiccups.

I'm the marketing specialist at a company that creates corporate learning games.

For what projects/services did your company hire Midnay?

We hired Midnay to develop a website in lieu of our recently recreated visual style.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a smoothly functioning WooCommerce store with simplified user flow, especially in the checkout process. The website would also resonate with our brand identity.

How did you select this vendor?

After searching through an exhaustive list of vendors from India and central Europe, we were happy to find Midnay. We came to the conclusion that Midnay understood our needs best, always offered suggestions, and were willing to help us make informed decisions about software and plugins.

We provided them with designs and mockups, and they offered insights. After the designs were finalized, the web development began on schedule.

What was the team composition?

Five people with different skill sets were assigned to manage our needs. We also worked with a project lead.

The website speed has improved, and traffic has increased. We expect sales to increase in the future.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Midnay has been very cooperative. They've made our journey through web development an easy one. They outlined the cost, objectives, and scope of service from the very beginning. Moving forward, they followed the timeline exactly, frequently arranging status calls to keep us updated on their pace.

The project lead was very proactive and was always available for our urgent requirements. We had a clear understanding of who to contact for each of our needs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their communication was impeccable. They truly dedicated themselves to the success of the project.

My suggestion would be to add more developers for a speedier delivery.

What challenge were you trying to address with Midnay?

We needed to relaunch our website with enhanced features and industry standards.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Midnay redesigned our entire website. The team was responsible for creating an online enrollment system for members, implementing a keyword search feature for service conditions, making the site mobile-friendly, and enabling payment options for various union schemes.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–3 members of Midnay's team.

How did you come to work with Midnay?

We found Midnay through a referral and chose them because they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June–August 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Midnay's work has enabled our members to have advanced, hassle-free access to our services, schemes, and information. We've also seen a substantial increase in our trade union's visibility. Since the relaunch, we've received plenty of positive feedback from our members regarding the new website features and usability. Additionally, the total number of clicks and impressions has increased to around 2,000–3,000 within a month of the relaunch, even though our website targets a small number of people, around 5,000.

Midnay's project management was very professional. We primarily communicated via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Midnay's quality of service was top-notch. We were impressed by their patience, helpful mentality, and understanding of our needs.
