Key deliverables included detailed UX and CRO analysis, mockups for redesigned pages, ongoing A/B testing with analysis, and regular reporting on performance metrics. Michael also provided recommendations for improving product page layouts, call-to-action placement, and navigation structure, along with implementation support and clear documentation for any changes made.
