This included a full audit of the site’s user experience, from landing pages to checkout, with an emphasis on optimizing mobile and desktop performance. Key deliverables included detailed UX and CRO analysis, mockups for redesigned pages, ongoing A/B testing with analysis, and regular reporting on performance metrics. Michael also provided recommendations for improving product page layouts, call-to-action placement, and navigation structure, along with implementation support and clear documentation for any changes made. The goal was not only to increase purchases but also to improve engagement, reduce bounce rates, and grow average order value through thoughtful, data-driven improvements.

Importantly, Michael also helped us minimize the impact of a supply chain issue that could have disrupted customer confidence.
