I am the Director of Marketing and Business Development for a Mid-size corporate law firm with Global Clientele, located in the NY/NJ metropolitan area.

We had an in-house web developer for 9 years. In Jan 2022 our developer left for new opportunities. Our websites are built on React.js and WordPress. We have 8 websites that we manage. In May, we engaged Mettevo on trial bases to see if they could assist us in fixing some new bugs, and updating our sites.

The goal was to find a team that can help transition our website with a complete branding overhaul. Mettevo proved they were committed to being a part of our team and worked diligently and efficiently in our first initial engagements, offering them the opportunity to play a larger role in our overall web strategy.

We selected several vendors and provided small projects to them for evaluation. Mettevo's team were professionals, who communicated well, timely, and provided clean, efficient, solutions to our issues. We have many websites and so many upcoming factors such as moving HQ and a Complete Rebrand of logo colors etc.

Our project manager, Bohdan , was able to understand our scope of work and was incredibly patient as we shifted gears from one project to another. He communicated well with us and continued to deliver results.

Our initial engagement was to identify broken links across several websites, update plug ins, identify bugs and fix them, and build out sand box environments for all of our websites. The purpose of all these projects was to get our websites ready for the next phase which is a complete brand rehaul. we do not want to recreate all of our websites. we want to continue to use our current sites, but rebrand them to the new logo, colors, URL, while changing all of our links, emails, and everything else associated with our site.

In addition, setting up a road map to do this for at least 8 websites. Most of our systems are on Wordpress and React.js. We are currently working on the complete redesign and relaunch of one of our smaller sites. Since our projects are many, we jump from one site to the other based on our needs. They have delivered flawlessly throughout our engagements.

We worked with five team members. Mihailo, business development. Our Project Manager, Bohdan. Ihor K., Front-End Development, UX/UI designer, and react.js developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our projects currently are not about measurable statistics, but more about the execution of a new brand identity, site overhauls, fixing speed, fixing bugs, clean the sites to get ready for a change. Our main site has 5,000 plus pages. We are on the ground working on many sites and jumping from project to project. However, they have fixed several thousand broken links, updated our plug ins, increased our page load speed, and have developed a plan for us to execute our core strategy within three months.

I requested that we use Microsoft teams to communicate and Mettevo had no issue with that. We speak every morning and communicate throughout the day. No matter what time I drop items into our chat, our project manager, Bohdan, is always there to respond - although I respect everyone's time, Bohdan makes me feel like we have 24/7 response team and it has taken such a weight off of my shoulders.

We also use Google docs for various projects and we communicate about changing projects on a daily basis. I consider Bohdan a part of our team and I appreciate his effort to go above and beyond for us in everything we ask.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One of our projects included tables built on React.js. Mettevo asked for a day or two to understand the project and was able to assign the project to someone with knowledge of react.js and fix our issue. Our table was not working for some time and names in the table did not populate. They easily fixed it and made it seem simple. I was extremely pleased with the process and efficient use of time to make the tables work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

My hope is that they will identify bugs and send it to me to tell me we need to fix it. I don't want to be the person to have to find them all. This will come in due time as we continue to work together more.

Future plans include expanding to YouTube and other social platforms to further enhance their digital presence.
