I’m an administrator for a nonprofit association.

What challenge were you trying to address with MetaSense Marketing?

We needed help with development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our website from scratch, doing 100% of the backend and around 80% of the graphics. They used WordPress. They also developed an iOS and Android app for us. We update it every year.

We mostly do trade shows, so as soon as the trade show comes nearby, we update the app for registration, looking at the map, etc. They also helped us with our web and app development and marketing and continue to support us.

What is the team composition?

I talk mostly to the project manager, one person on the development side, and one on the design side.

How did you come to work with MetaSense Marketing?

When I started here, they were already working with the company.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2016 and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everything they do is satisfactory and includes all standards we require. I’ve never thought of using someone else. Everything is good with them. I’ve never had any complaints. If there are any issues, they are aware of it even before it goes out to the public.

How did MetaSense Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is good. We use email most of the time. If there’s an emergency and I call them, they work it out as soon as possible.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I don’t have anything else.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I haven’t even thought about it.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend them. We always do the marketing for them. If anyone has a requirement for e-marketing or building a website, I always recommend them. I don’t have any advice.
