Mentobile was hired by us to develop our vision of Vijayi Bhawa, our Daily Fantasy Sports offering, and they delivered the project in record turn-around time, with the best support that a boot-strapped start-up would require.

We selected Mentobile after a rigorous search from our end on all mobile gaming development companies in the country, and finalized upon Mentobile since they checked all the right boxes for our product.

The scope of work included the entire front and backend development of our DFS platform, including the UI/UX design, and website creation. Vijayi Bhawa is a Native app, Mentobile delivered the project to us in record time, and has since been involved in the maintenance and add-ons in terms of tech for our application.

We are currently working on getting our iOS-compatible version developed with them, and also include more sports packages, apart from Fantasy Cricket, that is currently live on the App. Mentobile's team of developers has used all relevant tech to optimize the Application's performance and has helped us scale very fast.

We have been assigned a 5 people team to look after our project deliverables, with our main point of contact throughout being the co-founders of Mentobile, and we have had constant availability of Deepak Sharma, the tech Co-Founder, who has played a pivotal role in making Vijayi Bhawa a premier gaming destination.

He has completely aligned his work with our vision, and considering the vast tech changes that a DFS platform requires, we have always had him available to not just take calls but solve all issues that come with a massive tech stack at lightning fast turn-around time.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In the 7 months that our product has been live post it's beta phase, we are growing at an astounding pace every month, with Vijayi Bhawa garnering 10,000 users every month in the peak seasons(World Cup + IPL) We have close to 3000 daily active users on an average, and a 50,000+ strong userbase, all of core-fantasy users.

The future looks bright for our organization with Mentobiles solid support, and vijayi Bhawa will scale up 10X in the coming year.

As mentioned before, our main point of contact, Deepak Sharma has been available to us more or less 24/7, and even on weekends, seeing how our product has gained traction amongst the masses in a fairly short time that we've been live, and all hands have been on deck from mentobile for troubleshooting any issues that have arisen.

Deepaks leadership has made sure that all deliverables have been timely, and everything has pin-point accuracy in terms of execution.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We hired Mentobile after a not so great experience with one of the biggest development companies in the country, who totally botched our product, and Mentobile came through for us at a time when it was desperately required for a tech team to step up and take charge.

The work ethic that MENTOBILE TECHNOLOGIES LLP brings to the table is unprecedented, and the problem-solving attitude that the team has shown throughout has been very impressive!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We would definitely have appreciated if our server related issues were looked into by an expert in the field, as currently, mentobile doesn't have an in-house server expert. This is the only area where we faced financial burdens due to the sheer scale of operations Vijayi Bhawa has had in it's short tenure.

However, this is an area that their team is already looking into, and I am sure in the near future, our server-related woes will be a thing of the past, as the track record has been with Mentobile thus far.

I had searched this company offline. And the first time it took time to talk, this is the right company to increase our business. In the future, some people have to face some difficulties.

Get the job done right. But during the work, the company paid more attention to the company. Problem was less attention during the time of last development.

2 people in the team were working with us. How much team he has put from the rest of the backend, his company will know.

And till now some work pending which has been spoken a long time ago but the solution was not found. The first time they said that there will be no problem in support, but some points are still not clear.

Used to talk on time. This was a good point, but this company did not get the solution from the solution time.

It depends on the company. Because the service will be good, then you will get good feedback from the market and the client.

Scope of work is the best because as a gaming industry company we unlimited opportunities so working with a good team where are getting good support always helps us to grow more. and we have given 100% of the development stuff to mentobile so we are not going on the development side for any check,

We have 2 people who have worked dedicated with us for the discussion and product planning and 1 is the business analyst and 2nd was the director.

we have launched 80% of the product at our deadline as fantasy products are unique and we were having many more features so we have to make 20% in the next week.

We were having daily stand-ups call at the end of the day, where we had discussed the major blocker and the update, and then on the next morning, they work on that part.

While working with a vendor in India we always face difucuties in getting the work done but here the best stuff is getting the important stuff resolved on time with very good support throughout the day.

Till now am completely satisfied with my project. We are looking forward to working with this vendor for our many more upcoming products

I am the CEO and founder of THINK11. We are a fantasy sports game platform where users can choose players to create teams and join contests.

MENTOBILE TECHNOLOGIES has developed our site from scratch, and I believe they've coded it using PHP. The team has done UI/UX design and developed the backend of our Android app. The fantasy sports platform is very vast and has to be updated regularly according to changing situations.

MENTOBILE TECHNOLOGIES' team is good and very friendly, which is very important to us. The team has understood what we’re trying to do, and our users are very happy. 

How did MENTOBILE TECHNOLOGIES LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

There have been times where processes have taken a little longer — I might need something in 3–4 days, and they take 7–8 days to complete it. However, development processes take time, and no one can modify a whole app in 10–20 days.

Since we’re both located in India, we can easily communicate through phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team is reliable and delivers exactly what you need. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The team could improve on their timing. If they set up a deadline, I’d like for them to meet it.

I feel comfortable recommending them, especially when it comes to mobile development services.

Play11 is a fantasy mobile apps like dream11, it is a skills based games that user having a knowledge about the sports and based on their knowledge they create their winning team off 11 players and joined the content as per their budgets. After the match start every player having their respective credit points and their performance , a ranking will be calculated. based on ranking we declare the winners of that particular contest that the user joined. User can withdraw their winning amount in his/her wallet or bank account as per their request.So this the total concept of our project. Here i am working as a Business Development Manager.

I am attached for this company a long time and i selected this company because they guys already worked on same products, so this is advantages for me that mu cost is reduced and time frames all reduced.

We have setup milestone for this project and we achieved them also, now play11 our application having a more than 1lakh+ users and in last year 2019 we have only cricket sport but now we have 3 sports in our application. So our users acquisition and revenue will be increased, we hope so...

My friends recommend to this company and they listed top in google for top fantasy website development company. I have taken 4 to 5 quote for multiple company but they not suits in my budget so we choose Mentobile fo this.

once we started the project Mentobile and i prepared a SOP documents so they we can listed all the major features on this. My role is to provide a features document only after that they created wireframes so that we can discuss over the project design part. They guys expert in design and i loved that they used latest technology. Their team share me the design and i have shared lot of suggestion as per my requirements.

Yes, I can share. Currently we have a more than 1 lakh + user so we are improving in user acquisition. Now a lot of competitor in this type of categories but we have better technology and support.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Deepak, Director of Mentobile is a perfect man and having strong knowledge in terms of technology or business handling, their technical team give me weekly updates about my project and we layad connect on skype for any confusion. We have done a lot of changes meanwhile in the project but they never frustrated and i like it. They charge me extra for custom changes but i am happy .

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I loved to share my experience for this company, i have worked with lot of development company for multiple project but one things i loved their 'DEDICATION', they always ready to take any challenge.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They have a small team so sometimes if any employee left this organization they our project is suffer , so my suggestion is that they expand their team so that our project is not suffer.

We have to cover up a large cricket lover community for our platform, where they can use their circlet skills and their skills they can earn also.

They get done what I need to be done. If I ever have a problem, it’s resolved. Apps is working perfectly and they always updated it as per the market demands.

It's always good to work with team and we already connect for another project..

They’re especially strong in mobile apps development. We’ve transitioned a number of fantasy apps solution into custom mobile apps.

There was no value added to this particular project, whereas on past projects they have shared multiple marketing suggestions for my project, But now they are not helping us. Because they are experts in fantasy so they defiantly know about the marketing also.
