Are there any areas for improvement or something Mental Health IT Solutions could have done differently?

Honestly, I had an extremely positive experience and there is very little I would change. If I had to identify an area for improvement, it would be providing more proactive updates on project milestones during the website development process. That said, the team was always responsive whenever I had questions, delivered high-quality work, and addressed my requests quickly. Their professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to go above and beyond, particularly during an unexpected website outage, made them an outstanding partner overall.
