They were certified on all accounts, spoke Spanish, and were willing and able to assist us with technical tasks along our journey.

First we had a couple of sessions in which Meira learned about our needs, current knowledge, and exactly what we wanted out of our time with them. This helped us define key deliverables: a clean audience list, training documents with instructions on processes we were specifically interested in, and two newsletter templates. In addition, they took care of all resetting configurations on the site, authenticating our domain, and other technical tasks.

Two people, one was the founder, the other was a specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

No measure outcomes yet as we just finished, but our audience list is much much easier to manage now and we all have a clear understanding of how subscribers to different newsletters feed into the list. We would have liked for our newsletter templates to be more unique and brand specific.

Very approachable, very reliable, very timely. We used Trello to manage tasks and communicate, and that worked very effectively.

They are incredibly organized and follow-through is remarkable. They were able to answer all of our very specific questions as we tried new things we learned on our own.

We were struggling to optimize our use of MailChimp as an EMS tool. We had major issues with email delivery, audience management and consistency across our marketing campaigns. We reached out to Meira to help us with all three areas and ensure that our business is best placed for rapid growth in lead generation.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

While other companies suggested purchasing a MailChimp Audit from them as a first step, Meira conducted the audit outright before our first call, and provided a full project brief with solutions in our first call.

I was surprised by how easy it was to work them, and that they were not trying to lure us into buying an unnecessary audit, and that they were able to simply lay out the steps they could take to overcome our problems.

The project had three phases. The first saw Meira complete our account configuration and domain authentication, an issue that our previous DNS provider had been unable to solve.

Next, Meira oversaw a complete redesign of our audience structure and data management processes. Our system was outdated, complex and prone to errors, so having them on board to configure everything to align with our growth strategy was invaluable.

Finally, Meira created some professional email templates for us. This is valuable because now we can be confident about the consistency of our email marketing right across all campaigns.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Two. Carlos as the project manager, and Joaquim on execution. I understand that they also had other members of the design team involved but I did not meet them directly.

The whole project was a big success. Importantly, Carlos and Joaquim were always on hand to answer additional questions and were not difficult when the project became much more complex mid-way through. They were always prompt, flexible and professional. Exceptional service.

We had regular virtual meetings and everything was super transparent. Importantly, Carlo's was always super responsive to our questions and needs.

We were impressed with how responsive, professional, and diligent they were.. Other companies we spoke to were dismissive of our needs and approach, whereas Carlos's was keen to understand exactly how our business works, so he could identify and build solutions to meet our needs.

	Email Marketing consistently generates 12% of the traffic of our site.
	Meira Productivity also launched our social media channels with more than 60k followers in Facebook and more than 8k in Instagram (and growing).
	We run 2 o 3 times a year a reactivation campaign for former members of MovieClub. Each campaign developed by Meira Productivity adds an average of 1k members. And the turnover generated in each campaign is equivalent to more than 12 months of the agency's cost. So, the ROI is incredibly high.

The communication is very efficient. We use Trello to keep track of all the activities. We have a weekly meeting to go over briefs. And also, a monthly meeting to see results of our campaigns.
