Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
EVERYTHING WAS LATE, They did not even read the brief, got everything wrong to the point of thinking we were something entirely different. Took almost 8 weeks to be told OH SORRY, WE CAN'T REALLY DELIVER CALL BOOKINGS TO YOU, WE ONLY PROMOTE A FREE THING AND GET YOU CONTACTS, and with 3 emails after it, after Lauren expressly ensured me on the sales call where I commited up to $10,000 adspend monthly and almost $5000 a month. They wanted more control of the funnel so calls would not give them that SO THEY CANCELLED THE CONTRACT AFTER AMOST 8 WEEKS. In that 8 weeks, they did not maintain the ads as promised, they gave me a new person and people who did not listen.
Then when it got too hard for them, Said oh sorry, we can't give you what we want, we only do it this way, which is so primitive. If you sell widgets, they will be good for you but if you sell a service, stay away as I lost 6 months of revenue due to this because what we get in an 8 week period, can determine 6 months of income due to what didn't happen in that period, and what it will take to replace them etc.

HORRIBLE they didn't read ANYTHING so it was useless.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
NOTHING!!!! POORLY MANAGED, INEXPERIENCED, DON'T EVEN HAVE THEIR OWN TARGET MARKET RIGHT, HOW COULD THEY GET THE TARGET MARKET OF OTHERS RIGHT THEN. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IS ALL I CAN SAY.

Results were as follows
February: Intro month, doubled sales from January but didnt hit a great ROI
March: Sales almost doubled again. Google improved but social media ads lagging our ROI
April: Sales were basically the same as March, ROI still wasnt great. We had a few meetings with my fantastic account manager Steven and decided to change up some more creatives and sent some products to the megaphone team to shoot new contact
May: Things began to pick up achieving another close to double sales month and ROI dramatically improving on both google and facebook
June: Consolidated the results from the previous month with a similar turnover but hitting our target ROI
July: Sales began increasing even more as did our overall ROI
August: Broke most of our sales records in this month, scaled our adpsend and still kept our target ROI by quite alot
September: 2 weeks in and already on track to keep the highly effective results and have also signed up to continue further scaling

Workflow was easy enough. Steven actually chased me for communication faster than I could go to him. Small business owners are busy so its great when you Marketing company has your back when your not able to be on top of everything at all times
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Quite frankly, we are impressed by their willingness to think outside the box to improve results when they were down. Its easy to give a company good reviews when they have provided good services but its even better when a company doesnt meet expectations at first but instead of giving excuses frequent to many other agencies actually came with solutions (At their expense) to improve results. Specifically shooting and creating new content for us to make it happen!

So far I give credit where its due - we have met all our expectations and exceeded them in our 9 months so far we dont see it slowing down anytime soon!

I had been looking at some options for marketing support when someone from Megaphone reached out.

The campaign kicked off with an EOFY incentive which had great results, we have managed to keep the same level of sales afterwards. I have been having some success with Instagram ads but not Facebook ads. Megaphone were able to turn that around and we are now moving to focus on Google ads.

We work with an accounts manager who utilises the full team to focus on different elements of the campaigns such as Facebook ads and Google ads.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Sales almost tripled in the first month, and we have been able to keep growing sales from this point.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Megaphone has been very easy to work with and very open to feedback.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I love that they recommend strategies. They are also able to draw on internal specialists who can audit campaigns.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I feel like we are all invested in working together to grow sales and reach. Over time I believe we will continue to learn and improve as we accumulate more data.

We searched online, and compared several digital agencies. We finally choose this agency as they have a good review among social media marketers.

This is an ongoing project. Megaphone helped us to target right audiences on Google, Facebook and Instagram. They cooperated with our online promotion to create different posting schedule, wrote out captions, and researched the best hashtags. They also helped us to improve our promotion plans.

We worked with an dedicated account manager.

Our monthly average ROAS is around 5.

We receive monthly report of our online marketing results. Most of the time we communicate via emails which the experience are really good. On some special occasiona, we will arrange online meeting of all team members with the our megaphone account manager.

We were impressed by the quality of out followers. They’re attracting people who are interested in our products instead of just increasing our followers.

We were in need of a better strategy when it came to our paid ad spend. We needed help with top, middle and bottom of funnel. Effectively an entirely new strategy.

We discussed a 3 month strategy to lift sales. It was refreshingly honest as we both agreed we needed time to find out what would work best over the first month and then begin to see results in the 2nd and third months, and so on.

We had initial meetings with digital strategists Jaimie, who was really engaged, honest and knowledgable and then began work with our account manager and marketing strategist Sam, who has been nothing short of amazing.

Our second month saw sales increase of 30% which was awesome. We now have a much more specific approach to our sales and looking forward to more growth as we develop together.

We had weekly communication that had very specific goals. Most importantly, I found that Sam was consistently offering new ideas and helping to execute strategies that we had already put in place. It really felt like we could build momentum with Sam and the team at Megaphone, which makes so much difference.

They are very data-driven, creating a strategy that is pertinent to your product and market. Both Sam and Jaimie are straight talkers, they don't hide behind jargon, so you get a real sense of transparency and honesty from Megaphone.
