We have try to work with one agency in America, but decided to manage the digital in house. After 6 months we started researching for sn agency in Australia

After the business challenges were presented. We did a discovery phase where the agency presented a strategy to move forward with our Facebook and Google ads. We are now exploring email marketing.

In a short period, they had a positive impact on some of the metrics. Increasing quality traffic to the website. The account Manager Tom is excellent at communicating, presenting new ideas, and achieving milestones.

The agency helped us stay focused on revenue growth. They are excellent in keeping up with tasks and maintaining communication. Tom is professional, skilled, and responsive, as are the teams behind them. The progress reports, knowledge of digital marketing are great, and they help us guide toward success.

Since the beginning, Megaphone presented us with realistic strategy plans. It helped to implement a bright and very well plan digital media plan. The agency assisted us not only on Social and search ads. But helped out the business to see the big picture and at the same time give us realistic expectations. Freeing us to focus on the business.

Maybe bringing us new channels to explore.

They have brilliant results on the optimization. We're still at the early stages of the scaling part, but everything seems to be going according to plan.

We're satisfied with most of the work. The only area to improve is communication and responsiveness after office hours. Given the time differences, there are some business-critical changes that we need to handle on our own when the team is off-hours or on holidays.
