The vendor recreated and redesigned our website, making it SEO compliant. They went through page by page and adapted the content and made it in a way which was other focused and easy to understand. They delivered a complete and well designed website and gave advice on how they helped with this process and what we could to make it happen.

They delivered much earlier than anticipated and did this project in a matter of days compared to other vendors who worked with us and took weeks to complete the projects. Their response was attentive, focused and we felt they heard what we needed and delivered beyond expectation

We initially engaged Megagon Group to review our website and suggest and improvements to our CTA page which would encourage donations. Flavian made a number of recommendations, including suggested improvements to our other site pages. We were so impressed with the insights that we engaged Megagon to update our website. Improvements included: 

• showcasing our organisation as financially stable, listing our generous donors 
• showcasing our achievements as a caring charity which provides free meals, care packs, outreach
• updating our contact details to make it more interesting, and providing insights in to our committee 
• updating the CTA page with suggested ways of supporting us, especially for corporate customers 
• improving the look and feel of the site, giving it a more professional look

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was started and completed within 4 days which was an incredible turn around. Despite the time differences between Australia and the US, we had online meetings at times that was convenient to both of us. And emails were exchanged. The work completed was what was requested, and delivered in a speedy time. All recommendations were implemented, and we are extremely happy with the improvements to our website.

Yes, all emails were replied to promptly and courteously, and meetings were conducted each day.

We were very impressed with the insights in to how our NFP organisation could be improved. We were happy with the previous website but Flavian provided professional feedback that we liked very much. Overall the site now looks more professional, and showcases the achievements of our charity.

We were very happy with Megagon Group. I have no suggestions for improvement
