Please describe your company and your position there.

NES is a industrial equipment service provider specializing in service, repair, and installation of commercial docks and doors to warehouse and distribution centers. I am the Business Operations Manager in charge of all business operations.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Mega & Co. , and what were your goals?

We needed an overhaul of our website and Mega & Co. did just that and then some. Our goal was to have a responsive website that implemented SEO best practices and drove increasing traffic, leads, and keyword rankings.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We met with several other providers and ultimately decided to go with Mega & Co. because of the value and personalized approach; other service providers we met with did not check all the boxes like Mega did, in terms of value.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

The project started with discovery all the way through execution and audit/optimizations after the initial project was complete. Key deliverables were the discovery report, website go-live, content pieces on GMB and our Blog, and ultimately increased traffic, leads, and rankings.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I met with 4 people from the team: the Account Manager, SEO Content Writer, UI/UX Designer, and Strategist.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our traffic, leads, and rankings dramatically increased, and our Google My Business profile achieved the same results, let alone launching a modernized website. We were very pleased with the results and it also helped with recruiting, as many candidates mentioned the careers page during the interview stages as a draw to them applying.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Their team was always responsive and available by phone or email. They laid out the overall timeline and broke it down weekly as the project continued. Whenever I needed to reschedule they were very accommodating and got it done regardless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The personalization and communication were impressive. I truly felt like the project was a priority of theirs. Their knowledge was also very helpful in understanding methodologies or concepts not know to us prior, so we could understand what we were doing and ultimately paying for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall, we enjoyed working with them. I can't think of anything they could have done to improve without really nit picking which I feel is unnecessary.
