We hired MedSoft to develop a recruitment management software solution that would help us centralize and streamline our hiring process. Our goal was to manage candidates, track recruitment stages, organize recruitment data, and improve the overall efficiency and visibility of the hiring workflow.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new recruitment management system helped us centralize candidate data, reduce manual tracking, and significantly reduce recruitment processing time. It also improved visibility across each stage of the hiring process, allowing our team to follow up with candidates faster, maintain more accurate records, and manage a higher volume of applications with less administrative effort.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was MedSoft’s ability to understand our recruitment process from a business perspective, not just a technical one. Are there any areas for improvement or something MedSoft could have done differently?

Overall, we had a very positive experience working with MedSoft. There wasn’t anything major we would change. If we had to mention one small area, having a bit more user documentation at the beginning would have made the onboarding process even easier.
