Our Kentucky Bourbon website needed to serve two audiences - the consumer and the industry. It's quite a complex site with a lot of different block types, media, and a lot of pages/content. We also needed to retain our historical press releases going back about ten years.

Our Kentucky Bourbon Trail site needed to be redesigned and modernized to be optimized for mobile. We also needed to decrease our hosting fees through WP Engine. Both sites had to built in a way (and simple enough!) that our staff could maintain and update them moving forward.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The efficacy of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail website has greatly minimized the phone and email traffic we had been receiving - this is presumably due to the fact that the website is easier to navigate and provides the information our visitors need. We were also able to reduce our hosting fees with WP Engine. The Kentucky Bourbon website is beautiful, easy to maintain, and a great resource for our members and the industry at large.

The Mediocre team was very patient with us! We've never designed a site so complex as the Kentucky Bourbon website, and we changed the goal post frequently as the project evolved. They graciously helped us every step of the way and delivered what we needed in a modified timeline.

The team is extremely personable and brings a lot of creative problem solving to the table. They're able to react and be flexible when the unexpected happens. And they have a wide skill set from the technical web design to the creative design - they do it all!

Mediocre Creative has done a massive amount of work for Breakout Games over the past 8 years. They have built websites and grown them as we have added locations. They have designed and produced new product lines and helped with implementation of these. They also handle the design and printing of each new Escape Room we design. This includes physical clues, print collateral, game logos, website implementation, teaser videos, etc.

Sales of new game rooms that we released have been strong and proven the value of the investment in the design and branding work of each of those games.

Yes, they are better than others at meeting timelines, and they have been very responsive to our specific needs as project scopes have evolved.

We asked them to develop a brand new website from scratch with a branding identity. We added a training platform to the website and made regular updates to the user experience. We've recently started working on content development for the training videos and experience. We asked them to develop a marketing plan for us on social media and then began targeting potential client for direct marketing.

Client responses to creation of new site and training platform, client reviews on changes. Clicks and views on advertising, conversion of direct marketing targets to clients.

They have a clear outline scheduled for every project and check-in at regular intervals. Every project was conducted on time and they were very responsive to changes as the projects grew. They were flexible and did a great job.
