I’m the head of a division for a household goods transportation company, VAMDODOMA LLC. Customers can order from various companies, and we supply them with goods that aren’t available in their city. We organize the delivery process from other cities.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mediaset LLC?

We needed to create an ERP system, which is the basis of our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The ERP system connects all our business processes together, including procurement, warehouse, and personnel and customer relations. It’s a big online platform that all stakeholders within the company can easily access through their mobile device or from the web.

When someone calls in, we know that person’s information and can address them by their full name. We can also see what they have in their order and solve any issues on the spot. These different tasks are possible because the system connects all parts of the business.

What is the team composition?

We worked with around 15 people in total, including seven developers, three designers, an art director, and four managers. We were mostly in contact with the project manager, and we also had meetings with the art director.

How did you come to work with Mediaset LLC?

We chose between different companies when it came to price, quality, and reviews. Their portfolio was quite impressive, which prompted our decision to work with them on this project.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent $480,000 in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them on this project from February 2016–March 2018.

We can’t live without this system as every part of the business is connected to it. It functions well, and we’re satisfied with their work on it.

How did Mediaset LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Our project started with the idea that we expressed to Mediaset LLC's management. They began to implement it and showed us how things would work, making some changes along the way. We were in touch through phone and email and also met in-person. Our offices are in the same city, which made it easy to meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by the quality of their work. There was very good communication, and the implementation of our initial idea was very good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We wanted to have more promotion for the website.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Do the application development at the same time for all mobile devices. Have a very clear idea of what you want and the type of project you want.

We needed to go in a new direction as a B2C company and needed a partner to rebuild a new website for us. The site needed to act as a modern and efficient webstore.

Mediaset LLC designed and developed a new website from scratch. Using Bitrix, they worked on the front– and backend. Their team also created the artwork and design.

There was a project manager, a sales specialist, two backend developers, two frontend developers, two web designers, a content manager, and an art director.

Mediaset LLC designed landing pages for my friend, so he referred their services to me. When I decided to build a new site, I sent them an RFP. I was quite satisfied with how they worked, and their team made me a reasonable offer.

We experienced an increase in multiple areas. Our value doubled, and the quantity of orders tripled.

This was our first experience working with a digital agency. It was not easy but together we were able to overcome all the difficulties and ended up with a quality product.
