What challenge were you trying to address with MediaForce Communications?

We bring together different stakeholders in the education sector which includes private industry, the government, and universities. We wanted to create a platform for them to deliberate.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We were organizing a virtual conference and we approached them for website design and the creation of a registration page for those who might want to be part of the conference. One of the things we were really keen on was we needed to capture the details of those people who were registering for the conference. We wanted to have a form that people could fill out and register. The form had to be very simple and it had to capture the information that we wanted. They were very professional in doing so. We’re still working with them because there are a few updates we might want now that the conference is finished.

They were referred to us by a partner who had worked with them previously. We also saw some of the websites they had designed. That was enough to convince us that they were the right people to engage with.

We started working together in August 2020, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They exceeded our expectations. Now that we are in the pandemic and things have moved online, it was really key for them to deliver what we wanted. It is the first virtual conference we were holding, so things had to go right. The role they played was very crucial. If there was a problem, their response was very quick on the phone.

How did MediaForce Communications perform from a project management standpoint?

We use email and WhatsApp. Once in a while, we used to do phone calls to walk through what they’re doing and their output.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were really encouraging because they understand what we want with the designs and how we want the website to look. It was an easy experience. The team was young and engaging. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They give us their best but sometimes we wanted them to be quicker in their response. Though that wasn’t a big issue. They could slightly improve.

MediaForce Communications was responsible for the design, development, and deployment of our website. Their scope of work included gathering our requirements, creating a modern and user-friendly website design, developing product pages with the different categories, organizing and uploading our flooring catalog, and integrating a quotation request feature to enable potential customers to easily inquire about our products and services.The main deliverables included a fully functional and responsive website, product catalog presentation pages, service information pages, contact and quotation request forms, and basic SEO to improve online visibility. They also ensured the website was optimized for both desktop and mobile users and provided support during the launch process.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

MediaForce Communications has successfully delivered a modern and professional website that effectively showcases our flooring products and services. As a result, customers can easily browse our updated product catalog, learn about our services, and submit quotation requests directly through the website.The website has improved our online presence and made it easier for potential customers to find information about our business. We also experienced an increase in customer inquiries and quotation requests through the website, while reducing the time required to share product information and respond to prospective clients. Overall, the project has helped us improve customer engagement and generate more business opportunities online.According to our Google Search performance data, the website has generated over 9,000 impressions and approximately 280+ clicks, with an average search position of 9 on Google over the past three months. These results indicate that the website is reaching a larger audience, ranking on the first page of search results for relevant searches, and driving qualified traffic to our business. The increased visibility has contributed to more customer inquiries and quotation requests through the website, helping us generate new business opportunities and strengthen our online presence.Moreover, we receive at least eight inquiries per month through the website, and before the website, we didn't have an online inquiry system.

How did MediaForce Communications perform from a project management standpoint?

MediaForce Communications demonstrated strong project management throughout the engagement. I was assigned an account manager and a developer to communicate with directly. They maintained clear communication, provided regular progress updates, and were responsive whenever we had questions or requested changes.Although there were delays on my end due to updating the product catalog, they delivered the website on time and met all key milestones as planned. Overall, their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to meeting deadlines contributed significantly to the project's success.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

What impressed us most about MediaForce Communications was the quality of their work and their deep experience in website development and digital marketing. Their expertise allowed them to guide us through the entire development process, providing valuable recommendations on the best approaches, features, and design choices to achieve our objectives.Rather than simply implementing our requests, they took the time to understand our goals and offered professional advice that improved the final outcome. We also appreciated their willingness to work with our budget and still commit to delivering a high-quality website.

Overall, we were very satisfied with MediaForce Communications' performance and the outcome of the project. Communication was clear, deadlines were met, and the quality of work was good. There were no significant issues during the engagement that required improvement.

MediaForce Communications provided a full end-to-end website redesign and development service, including both technical and strategic components.  

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

 The project resulted in a fresh, modern design, improved navigation, and the introduction of a Parent Portal. While some features already existed, the overall user experience and backend usability have improved, making content updates easier for our team. The website now feels more structured and aligned with our school’s identity. Some areas still need refinement and the platform remains in transition. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was strong throughout the process. Communication was clear, responsive, and very collaborative. The team (esp. Anselm) was patient with our timelines, handled multiple rounds of feedback well, and showed a strong ability to listen and implement our requirements effectively. The project timeline did extend, but this was largely due to delays on our side rather than theirs, and they remained flexible and supportive throughout. Overall, they were highly responsive to our needs and continue to handle follow-ups, fixes, and open points reliably.

What stood out most was Anselm's ability to really listen and translate our needs into practical solutions. This was especially important in our bilingual context, where structure, language handling, and content clarity are more complex. They were able to take our input, understand the nuances, and implement it effectively, which made a noticeable difference in the final result.

Are there any areas for improvement or something MediaForce Communications could have done differently?

At this stage, most remaining points relate to final refinements and optimisation, which are being addressed collaboratively.
