Mediacharge manages our paid advertising end to end, primarily on Google Ads. Since March 2026, their scope of work has included:

• Keyword and audience strategy: research into B2B search terms used by clubs, municipalities, planners and contractors, plus negative keyword management to filter out irrelevant consumer traffic.
• Campaign setup and ad creation: search, campaigns, with ad copy and extensions written for each product and audience.
• International rollout: localized campaigns for Germany, UK, France and other european countries with budgets and bidding adapted to each market.
• Ongoing optimization: continuous bid, budget and ad testing, landing page recommendations, and regular performance reviews.
• Reporting and consulting: bi-weekly reports and calls with clear KPIs (leads, cost per lead, conversion rate), plus strategic recommendations for upcoming campaigns and budget planning.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since Mediacharge took over our paid advertising, we’ve seen clear improvements in both performance and transparency. We receive noticeably more relevant inquiries from our core B2B target groups, such as clubs, municipalities, planners and contractors, and far less irrelevant traffic. Our ad budget is used more efficiently because campaigns are now structured around our product lines and markets and are continuously optimized.

One of the biggest improvements is transparency: thanks to clean conversion tracking and clear regular reporting, we can now see which campaigns and markets generate actual inquiries, and we can make budget decisions on that basis. Internally, paid search has become a reliable and well-integrated channel.

Since we started, we’ve had a bi-weekly call with our dedicated team, and after every call we receive the slides and a written follow-up.
