What challenge were you trying to address with MediaBoostr?

We were running ads to increase our brand awareness and reach, and for us to generate more customers. However, we didn’t hit our targets despite spending a lot of money. Our ads only worked for 2–3 months, and they become ineffective after. As such, we were looking for a more profitable alternative. We needed help in making our ads become more effective over an extended period.

We started by coming up with ad concepts, and MediaBoostr showed us why the ads we had been running were burning out fast. After that, they set up our ad campaigns such that they would last longer.

When we started working with MediaBoostr, we had a monthly ad spend of about €3,000 (approximately $4,000 USD). After our collaboration, we have been spending €15,000 (approximately $18,000 USD) a month, but we were drawing new customers. Additionally, MediaBoostr has substantially helped us reach our target audience. 

How did MediaBoostr perform from a project management standpoint?

MediaBoostr is very easy to talk to. We can expect a quick reply whenever we message them. We normally communicate through email and Messenger.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We appreciate their customized approach. MediaBoostr’s work is tailor-made to our situation, and we don’t feel like their ads are copy-pasted. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. We’re very happy with our partnership with MediaBoostr.

Stay in touch with them. The more you talk with their team, the better the project will be. Let them do their work and don’t try to interfere.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Whenever we have a client with digital marketing needs, we send the work to MediaBoostr. We hear from our clients whether they’re satisfied. We’ve had no issues, and they achieve really good performances for our clients. They get great results on Facebook Ad accounts. They’re really good at managing client relationships. They’re proactive; they’re always thinking about what the next best thing is they should do. They lead the relationship, which makes it really enjoyable to work with them.

Project management is good. Pedram is always available to help us; I can text him on all the direct message platforms, like Messenger. There’s been great communication.

Their industry-specific knowledge in fashion is impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’s been great. I have nothing bad to say. I’m not sure if they have creative production services. It would be nice if they could produce creatives because it’s an important component of Facebook Ads performance.

I highly recommend working with them, specifically with Pedram. He’s been really responsive and proactive. He’s very open, authentic, and transparent, which is hard to find in Facebook Ad agencies.

In 2018, our peak sales totaled €14,000 (approximately $15,300 USD) per month with an average growth of 2.9%. Last year, our best totaled €200,000 (approximately $219,100 USD) per month with an average growth of 3.6%. During the Easter holiday, we had €18,000 (approximately $19,700 USD) in sales.

How did MediaBoostr perform from a project management standpoint?

We use WhatsApp for communication, which is perfect. Their team’s reachable and organized. We exchange ideas and make sketches of our yearly, monthly, and weekly goals. If we say go for it, they’re on schedule and within the deadline.

They have a profound interest in acquiring more knowledge. Over the last two years, they’ve grown their knowledge and continue to do so.

They used both sponsored posts and ordinary ad posts, in addition to more unconventional techniques.

Working with Pedram and his team was a pleasure. Pedram planned and executed the campaign himself, though we were also in contact with two of his assistants.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were deeply impressed by the low cost per install we saw during the campaign. The first week of Instagram ads drove a 300% increase in downloads and a satisfying retention rate. It was a complete success.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our close communication made the experience great because it's so rare with most media agencies' full schedules. We could message them through WhatsApp and email—even late at night—and receive an answer right away. This informal style suited us well. They also provided regular reports of impression rates and other metrics.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

From our first meeting, Pedram displayed outside-the-box strategic thinking. His energy was contagious and motivated us to work harder. Additionally, he knew how to communicate with our target audience naturally and generate great results at a low price.
