• React Native for app development
• HTML5 for website design

They also integrated services such as: 

• Stripe for payments
• Twilio for communications
• AWS for hosting
• Getnada for administrative tasks. 

The attention to detail when implementing features like push alerts, email and account verifications, and GPS functionality was amazing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Throughout the development phase, communication was key. MCRO took a flexible approach, incorporating my preferences for communication mediums. We typically conveyed progress updates via Skype, with talks recorded for future reference, while more immediate questions were answered quickly via WhatsApp. This versatility meant that any issues or inquiries were answered quickly, establishing a collaborative environment.

Despite this being my first experience with app development, MCRO carefully walked me through each stage of the process. Their willingness to explain technical topics in layman's terms, as well as their prompt responses to my questions, allayed my concerns. While there were no tight limits from my end, MCRO faithfully kept to the milestones they had set, proving their dedication to delivering within agreed-upon dates.

Of course, no project is without its challenges. One area for improvement would be clearer communication regarding availability. There were instances where I was unsure if delays were due to unforeseen circumstances or simply downtime. However, once we established clear communication protocols, these concerns were swiftly addressed, and the project continued smoothly.
