The Maui Ocean Center wanted to create an organic SEO campaign that would buoy ticket sales for years while taking the strain off purchased search terms. From Technical SEO to authority score to a keyword strategy, M&P has been the driving force behind a well-executed campaign that has driven brand presence and has the aquarium now covering thousands of search terms. 

M&P does the hard work of quality link-building, quality, well-cited content creation, and a social campaign that has grown our organic following immensely. They have developed paid search, display, and social campaigns that help cover the organic gaps as we grow into them

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We went from 381 Top 3 keywords to 1100. From 521 top 10 to 2635. We went from 80% Branded Searches to more non-branded than branded. People find our site in all sorts of new ways that are still relevant. We've increased our social following by several thousand.

Always on time. Always with comprehensive reporting that I could directly share with all stakeholders. They delivered items beyond the scope of the contract and have been an invaluable partner and part of our marketing team.

I am the marketing director for a commercial real estate company. We are a full service brokerage firm. I lead our marketing efforts across all channels and am responsible for growing our brand.

As a rapidly growing company, we wanted to expand our reach and maximize our online visibility in new markets. We hired the M&P team to provide SEO services to improve our rankings, grow our traffic and capitalize on our digital marketing efforts.

We discussed our SEO requirements over the course of several conversations (through email and online video calls). After reviewing their proposal and pricing structure, we were sold!

Our partnership began with their submission of a thorough evaluation of our site and its performance. They included goals, action items, metrics which would be monitored monthly and asked for our input on any items that we felt needed to be prioritized. The M&P team made changes to the backend of our site, optimizing content throughout and targeting keywords that we felt were important components of our online ranking.

Our project has been managed by a single point of contact (our project manager) and supported by several others who have worked on our behalf.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since M&P have begun their work, we have increased organic traffic, improved our rankings for targeted keywords, cleaned up some backlinks with no value and been added to several online directories. Traffic, number of page views and time on site are all trending up!

M&P is very responsive. The team is quick to address questions or concerns via email, phone or video meetings. We are scheduled for monthly meetings where we progress on activity, goals and the deliverables that were set for the previous 30 days.

Their customer service is second to none. They are very clearly experts in their field and yet always explain their work, their results and their goals in language that is very accessible. They stay focused on the targets we've set and always deliver results on time, as promised.

Can't think of a thing that they could do better or differently.
