As a result we hired this team to develop a custom solutions that could handle our needs. Our goal was to have a scalable solution to help us track and hit our revenue target.

They designed and developed web based and mobile apps based business management solution. We first started with a discovery workshop to go over our business challenges. Then, they gave us workflows and design mock-ups to approve before starting production. They completed the project in 3 week, which allowed us to test function and give feedback. The final product automation our data entry and general report

There were 6 people in core team, including a project manager, an UI/UX designer, 2 Frontend Developers and 2 Backend Developers.

We were able to launch the project early, which was a major achievement for us. Within the first three months, the solution has reduced data entry errors by 70%. The data automation also frees up our employess time, wich allows them to focus on other tasks. Their them to maintain the solution.

The project managment was great, especially compared to other vendors we’ve worked with. They regularly met deadlines, so we never experienced unexpected turnovers. We communicated through google meet, jira and github

We had direct access to the whole team, which made it easier to communicate our ideas. Things can be lost it translation if you’re only talking to a project manager

While the quality of work was great, they could have been more diligent about documentation. I’ve told the project manager, and their team is working on this, now
