I’m the IT manager for SC Danish Textiles, which produces fabric.

What challenge were you trying to address with Maxitech?

We needed IT monitoring.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Maxitech is currently preparing to monitor and scan all of the company’s hardware. They’re configuring the hardware to allow for traffic scans and stability checks. They’re also setting up an IT phone system for internal use, which will also be accessible externally via mobile phone.

What is the team composition?

We interact with Sergey (Sr. Software Engineer), Andrei (ServiceNow Developer), and the project manager.

How did you come to work with Maxitech?

They came recommended by another company we work with. We spoke to them and thought they sounded reliable and responsible.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent approximately $7,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in July 2020, and the project is set to wrap up at the end of September 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re doing a great job, despite it being such a big project. We’re a large company, so we were anticipating some challenges. When the system is up and running, we’ll have some more feedback regarding their performance.

How did Maxitech perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done well on this front. We communicate primarily via phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’d highlight how trustworthy and responsible they’ve been. We look forward to continuing to work with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything.

They’re great people to work with — very open and friendly.
