maxiphy handled the full design and development of Ossotna from concept to launch. The scope covered brand identity, product UX, and all customer-facing and internal digital systems.

Key deliverables included:

• Brand identity system — name, visual language, typography, color palette, and voice guidelines
• Marketing website on ossotna.com with bilingual (Arabic/English) support and Shopify storefront integration
• Custom 4-step purchase flow with dynamic add-on selection and a Shopify Cart Transform Function for bundle logic
• Customer story portal where buyers write, edit, and publish their digital story via a block-based editor
• NFC-linked reader pages, permanently hosted at unique subdomains, supporting text, photos, carousels, voice notes, and background music
• Internal operations dashboard for order management, story publishing, and NFC card programming
• Physical product design direction for the card, box, and packaging

The project remains ongoing, with a second product (Memories Card) and a self-service setup flow currently in development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Ossotna launched and fulfilled 250+ orders within its month year of operation
• 700+ digital stories are live across four languages (English, Arabic, French, Spanish)
• Stories collectively contain 12,062 chapters and 17,261 content blocks
• The storefront, portal, and reader were built and shipped as a functioning end-to-end system from zero
• A second product (Memories Card) reached storefront and upload pipeline completion within the same engagement

The team consistently delivered on scope and timeline. When requirements evolved or new product decisions came up, turnaround was fast and solutions were well-considered. The UX work in particular consistently came in above expectations — decisions were grounded in both design logic and product thinking, not just execution.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their UX-first approach stands out. Every decision, from the purchase flow to the story editor to the reader experience, was grounded in how the end user would actually interact with it. Design and product thinking came before implementation, which kept the work coherent across a system that spans a storefront, a customer portal, NFC interactions, and a physical product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something maxiphy could have done differently?

Earlier documentation and case study publishing would have been valuable. The quality of work merits more visibility than the agency currently has online, and investing earlier in showcasing completed projects would better reflect what the team is capable of.
