I'm Acting Head of Compliance with the Adoption Authority of Ireland.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mawla, and what were your goals?

The recent Birth Information and Tracing Act 2022 required the Authority to design and manage a new website for the public awareness campaign surrounding the legislation and I procured Mawla to do this work for us. Our goal was to create a website that clearly communicated information to the public, moving people from a lack of awareness and feelings of frustration to being informed and feeling enabled.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Mawla's tender offered the best approach, best team and most experience and provided great value for money also. We had a very tight turn around time from brief to launch and Mawla could guarantee delivery to a high standard within this tight timeframe.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

AFter an initial sesion with the team tey created alow fi wire frame for us. Once approved this moved to a hi fi wire frame and then on to full production. The team were very accommodating and always full of useful ideas to improve the site. They also assisted us in using jotform to develop an on-line form on the site. To assist us in finalising the content they introduced us to Sanity and showed us how to update content ourselves. This proved enormously useful both through development and as an on-going tool.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The launch was on-time and the final website delivered to a very high standard. This website is the cornerstone of the whole comms campaign and all comms direct back to it. We've had a very high volume of hits and notably fewer phone calls and e-mails than expected, demonstrating how the public have been able to find out what they need from the website without the need to make further contact by phone / e-mail.

Considering the age profile of our target audience, especially at the older age cohort, this is a great measure of success for us. The website has also proved very popular with the younger cohort accessing it on mobile devices.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had weekly meetings with the team in the early stages and then these turned to daily meetings in the run up to the launch. At times we were under a lot of pressure to review and update new content quickly from our stakeholders and Mawla were always obliging to assist us with this, including working with us late into the night at times. Communication was always very prompt and responsive. The team were and continue to be a pleasure to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication and project management style was excellent and kept everything ruining smoothly at all times. We ran into

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We ran into an issue with finding a suitable means of creating an on-line form that met our back end data requirements. After a few days of discussions and brainstorming they were able to recommend a few workable options for us and once we selected our preferred option they quickly helped us get the form up and running on the site.

I'm the co-founder and Head of Design for Fresco, the world-leading smart kitchen platform.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mawla, and what were your goals?

We hired Mawla to develop a new website and CMS as part of our rebrand from Drop to Fresco. Our goal was to create a site that was; high-performing, scalable, and with a flexible design system. We also wanted to reconcile our B2B and B2C marketing websites into one cohesive and powerful web presence.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We carried out research on web development agencies that offered custom builds and narrowed it down to three options. Mawla ultimately won on; quality of service offering and the ability to build us our own custom CMS, and the ability to deliver the project on budget and within a relatively tight timeline.

We provided creative direction, IA, wireframes, copy, component & layout designs and visual assets. Utilising NextJS + Sanity + Typescript + Storybook + Tailwind, Mawla built a custom next-generation JAMStack website based upon Mawla Front-end engine and Sanity CMS framework. They also set up all 3rd-party integrations, the deployment to Vercel, and QAing.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In the initial stages, we mostly dealt with Dan, the director. However, once the project was underway, our main contact was with Arjen, the lead developer, but Dan was always available if needed.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The response to the site has been incredibly positive and we have had some great results. The launch of the site coincided with our rebrand launch so it got excellent traction in its first month. We saw a 713% increase in new visitors, page views were up 594% and overall site speed had increased by 87% compared to our previous website.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

With Mawla, we mostly communicated via a dedicated Slack channel which allowed for a quick turnaround for any requests. Everyone was very active and engaged so nothing was ever left hanging in the balance. We also had small teams on both sides so again, everyone had no choice but to play their part! As I call out below, Arjen our developer was incredibly responsive and literally actioned every request or bugfix within 24hrs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Mawla is a boutique agency so they are really eager to deliver for their clients and do whatever it takes to make the client happy. We had a really tight turnaround as the site needed to go live to coincide with our brand launch, so the team only had 6 weeks. They made it happen and delivered a site that exceeded our expectations. I must also call out that Arjen was an absolute dream to work with and is such an asset to this company. He was incredibly efficient and responsive, with any request being solved within a day. He understood exactly what we wanted to achieve and would always find a way to make it happen.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Being a product company we’re used to very structured project management processes. Even though this project progressed perfectly and the project was managed very efficiently given the time and budget, when working with Mawla in future, we will probably implement dedicated PM processes and use tools like Jira/Trello etc instead of just Slack and ad hoc documents.

I’m the chief product officer at harmon.ie, an enterprise B2B software company in the collaboration space.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mawla?

We needed a company that could help us with a rebrand to reflect our company’s recent transition to Microsoft 365. We also wanted to build a low-touch marketing and sales funnel to engage with prospects and customers online in an automated manner.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Mawla to help us create a new corporate identity and develop a new website. The engagement started with a concept creation process, wherein we identified the look we were going for as well as the brand identity that we wanted to build. After that, they created the wireframes using Figma, which were then built into modules.

The website they developed was built on Jamstack, which allows us to integrate with various marketing automation, CRM, e-commerce, and financial tools. Mawla also developed a Sanity-based content management system for us and helped us migrate our content from our previous site to the new one using Gather Content.

They started the branding part of the project by creating a new company logo. From there, they chose the fonts and colors and created use guides for how to use the visual elements they created. They also provided a brand book as well as designs for business cards, T-shirts, folders, datasheets, and other branding materials. 

We’ve just recently launched the new website, and we’re still working together to continue building more integration points with other tools. They’re also going to be our key partner in building an entire business platform in the future.

What is the team composition?

We work with eight people from Mawla. Five of them are in charge of the site’s development, two of them work on graphic design and branding, and one is in charge of managing the project.

How did you come to work with Mawla?

We were specifically looking for a company that has experience using Jamstack. I interviewed 20 companies and shortlisted three, and Mala stood out because of their vision and the way they presented their capabilities.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent €50,000–€100,000 (approximately $57,000–$113,000 USD) so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Mawla delivered the site on time and within budget, and we’re extremely happy with what we got. We've seen a lot of positive feedback from our customers and partners, who commented that the site definitely shines a new light on our company.

How did Mawla perform from a project management standpoint?

Mawla has performed well in terms of project management. Internally, they use an Agile tool to manage projects. We use a ticketing tool and an Excel spreadsheet, where we could access the timeline and see which modules are done and where we currently are on the project.

They work in a very structured, incremental way — we are able to review our progress and exchange feedback every week, and they make sure to really flesh out what we need to do before moving on to the next step. This allows us to avoid backtracking and ensure a more streamlined workflow. Overall, it was a very smooth project —  we’ve never had such a pleasant experience working with other companies before.

We primarily communicate through Slack, but we also have weekly virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working with Mawla has been a very pleasant and professional experience. I really appreciated how accommodating they are with our requests and the changes in the project’s scope and how eager they are to make us happy. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to put all your cards on the table at the beginning and give them a way to provide input so that you can build a plan together. They can definitely make a lot of improvements over what you’ve initially planned for your project.

I am the CTO and solution architect for a busy web and advertising company in Dublin. We work on busy transactional systems that are core to our clients' businesses.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mawla, and what were your goals?

For more than a decade we avoided outsourcing. We felt we didn't the the flexibility or quality control we needed when working that way, but when faced with impossible deadlines we sought out a company to augment our team. The project was the redevelopment of a very busy site that allowed users to manage their daily dairy deliveries. There was also an App and a push notification system.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Mawla after being recommended them by a staff member and meeting their CEO, Dan. We had looked at companies further afield and didn't feel comfortable using them. We met Dan a few times and discussed our projects. We got a good level of trust and were happy to give them the business.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

There were two systems - a website that used Wordpress and a C# .net API linking to a SQL Server database. The WordPress elements were kept light and we wanted the system coded for speed. The system handled payments through a separate system integrated with the front-end.

The second system was a mobile App on iOS and Android with a push notification system using an AWS Gateway and Amazon SNS. The UX and UI was created by our company to the point of clickable prototypes which were then handed over for build, to Mawla.

There were 4 people in all including their CEO and chief solution architect, Dan. Their Project Manager - who was really excellent, and two developers at any one time.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project achieved a 40% uplift in sales after launch and significantly reduced calls to the support line. It resolved many logistical issues and allowed for flexibility in advertising. The client was delighted with the results and has an ongoing engagement with us.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management was particularly good with daily updates, a weekly project call with reports in Coda, which was far superior to what we had been using. Elfie was an excellent communicator and ensured that everyone was well informed and that they had what they needed, on time, to do their work efficiently. We were never in the dark about hours burned or costs, and any concerns were raised in plenty of time. Top marks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were distinguished by their ability to fit in with the companies they work with and their thorough and effective communication style. They were technically adept on a wide range of systems and technologies too, which takes the headache out of solution design.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were happy overall and don't have any suggestions for improvement.

I work on the software development toolkit (SDK) side of a PDF software company. We work with developers who want to download and work with a PDF SDK to create an application or embed a PDF viewer into their internal or external workflows — essentially, anything someone would want to do from a development point of view with PDF. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Mawla?

We needed a company to redesign our website. Our website used old WordPress technology from 6–7 years ago and needed a facelift — the website needed to be brought into 2021. Whenever we tried to fix one thing, 100 other issues would come up. It wasn’t a scalable website for our growing company. 

We also wanted a group to redesign our web viewer product demo — the web viewer is our main product and the demo was dated, stale, and didn’t fit with our brand. We needed a product demo that showed us off as an industry leader. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mawla did two projects for us: the web viewer demo app development and a website rebuild.

We started with the web viewer product demo app. The Mawla team began by doing significant research into our competitors to see what was on the market, what our competitors were doing well, and where there were technical gaps so we could develop the demo to best showcase our products compared to our competitors. They also analyzed our company to see what we were doing well and where we could improve. 

We had a few meetings to lay out what we needed from the app to show off the product. They did all of the design and development and then worked with our team to ensure that the demo displayed the main features of our SDK so that when customers use the demo, they can best see what the product does and if it will meet their needs. 

The Mawla team used Figma to create prototypes of the demo — they put together the look and feel of everything before it went into the final development. The Mawla team also worked with our internal technical team to ensure our team could maintain the technology they developed after handing the product over to us. 

PDF technology is complex because the coding itself is old and clumsy, but there is no alternative at the moment to improve PDF software. There ended up being a few bugs we had to fix during the project, including the demo application’s speed, but Mawla worked to optimize app speed and minimize the number of resources required in a web browser to view our demo application. 

After the demo was complete, Mawla worked on the second project: a brand new website built in WordPress. It was a shorter project with a lighter workload and didn’t require as much research — they presented us with a proposal that highlighted our needs and what would convert better than our existing website. 

The Mawla team handled pretty much everything for us, including the website design, development, and implementation. They also did a significant content migration of everything from our old website. Their team handed us the keys to the website and a series of documents for our team to use to maintain and update the website as needed. Our internal IT team did the website hosting along with other technical work. 

They also installed a couple of SEO apps, including Yoast, and a few other minor features we asked for, along with various images. We also added a few extra aspects to the projects about halfway through, but they were able to complete them within the timeline they gave us. 

What is the team composition?

We worked closely on the project with Dan (Director), and there were 3–4 other teammates, including a project manager and a few developers. 

How did you come to work with Mawla?

The president of our SDK business unit reached out to Mawla after they were recommended to us. We knew Mawla was a reputable company because our business unit president had worked with one of their partners in the past who she trusted — they were very happy with Mawla’s work and service. 

We knew we had a hard deadline in June because we would be releasing the 8.0 version of our PDF SDK product. So we had a few quick calls with them and everything looked good, so we signed off on doing the project with their team. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $200,000 with Mawla. It wasn’t the cheapest price, but it was fairly priced considering the work we received. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership was from August 2020–June 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

After working with Mawla, we had everything we needed for a coordinated website launch and product release. On June 30, 2021, we released version 8.0 of our PDF software development toolkit, the web viewer product demo, and the new website. 

In addition to that, our company changed a lot over the last nine months, and towards the end of last year, we merged into one business unit from three. It was a hectic time leading up to launch, but they delivered everything we wanted on time. Three months down the line, we’re starting to see the results of the work Mawla did. 

Since Q1 in 2019, our website conversion rate has increased by 46%. Our previous highest conversion rate was at 0.77%, and now we’re at a 1.2% website conversion rate. 

We haven’t experienced any website downtime other than when they handed the website over to our internal team, which was unavoidable. We were very happy with the speed of the final web viewer product demo they provided us.

They completely fulfilled our requirements, and even with the additions we made to the project, their solutions kept us on track, and we didn’t have to go to our corporate leadership to request a larger budget. Our management team was delighted with what they delivered. 

How did Mawla perform from a project management standpoint?

Dan worked closely with us and the project manager handled the project well — she ensured we were included in meetings that discussed the outstanding aspects of each project. There was a lot to manage because it was such a technically advanced project and it was very impressive project management from their side. 

When we needed to make additions to the project, they presented us with clear, quick solutions that would be good enough to get everything online, along with slower ones that would require a larger budget. They then allowed us to pick which solution we wanted to pursue. 

We used email to communicate initially, but it wasn’t efficient, so we moved to Slack and Google Meet. We also used Notion to keep a list of what we needed to do. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a very impressive work track record. Mawla has an impressive portfolio and knows precisely what big and growing companies need. Even when stress levels peaked, teammates from both companies agreed on solutions very quickly and professionally.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had some issues related to the time difference, but that’s not something we can control. The lead technical developer was in Australia, but I work remotely from Dubai, their other developers were in Ukraine, and their founder was in Dublin. Because of that, teammates had to take late meetings to ensure we met the timeline. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would tell customers to establish an instant messaging platform to trade project files and get quick responses from the Mawla team. We started on email, and it was impossible to communicate well — potential customers need to open quick communication lines immediately.

I'm the Marketing and Community Manager for Restored Hearing. We have two products: SoundRelief our tinnitus sound therapy, and Sound Bounce acoustic material. Part of my role is managing the SoundRelief app and website. We wanted to redevelop and redesign our current app to be in line with our branding.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mawla?

We hired Mawla to manage the redevelopment of our app. The original app is over 5 years old and it needed to be redesigned to realign with our updated company brand.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to clearly outline the aim of the app. We took customer feedback from throughout the years to design a really nice user experience for our customers. We outlined features that had been requested by customers and agreed on which ones we could implement straight away and which ones we could include in the future.

How did you select Mawla?

I was in contact with a few different agencies but had heard good things through my coworking space about Mawla. As a small company, it was extremely important to have a good working relationship with whoever we decided to go with. After meeting Mawla we decided to go with them for our project. We felt like they listened to our needs and they became really passionate about the project which meant we knew they would do a good job.

Once we signed our contracts with Mawla, we had a few kickoff meetings. We had wireframes designed up and sent them to Mawla so they could begin working. We had a Slack channel so we could all interact in real-time and any questions that came up were answered right away by all sides. Mawla set up a feedback document for testing which worked really well and allowed us to track issues and see which ones had been resolved.

What was the team composition?

We mainly dealt with two of the team members in Mawla. It was nice to know who to contact regarding the project and it felt like working with a small team throughout.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We haven't launched our new app yet as we are planning a rebrand launch in the upcoming months and are holding off until then. We have had great feedback internally so we are excited to see what our customers think.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used Slack throughout so communication was ongoing and allowed us to spot any minor issues as they arose.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The passion they have for the projects they take on. It was lovely working with a company that understood our previous frustrations and wanted to help us going forward.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Clearer timelines for my internal team, but everything went great. We are delighted with how it went and we would have no hesitation in recommending Mawla for future projects.

When Mawla came on board, they started by getting to work on initial designs. They also coordinated a photoshoot to create content for the site and set us up with OfficeRnD and Stripe for our booking and payment platforms.

They’d done a website for another company that’s local to us. Mawla is local as well, so it was mostly just word of mouth.

We spent about €12,000 (approximately $14,000 USD).

We worked with Mawla from May–June 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We get fantastic feedback on the website. Users compliment it, and we even get other companies reaching out to ask us who designed the site. 

It definitely creates a vision for us and replicates what we are as a business, which is exactly what we wanted from the site. We wanted it to be really user friendly, which we accomplished. 

How did Mawla perform from a project management standpoint?

Dan was amazing. We met in person once every two weeks or so. He was very clear and went through every step. He really understood our vision and what we wanted to create. He was really on schedule — there were no delays. Nothing was ever too much trouble that Dan couldn’t take the time to help us. The whole process was pain-free and even enjoyable.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The personal touch really sets them apart. We had a very hands-on experience with Mawla, which allowed us to be confident that they understood us and our vision. It was amazing. The project wasn’t just a transaction; from start to finish, it was super personal. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I can think of. We had a really good experience.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They placed a big emphasis on not just building the solution, but on teaching us how to use and manage it. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone.

I am the CTO of iCabbi.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Mawla?

We develop technology for taxi companies. We offer a white-label driver and passenger app, similar to an Uber setup. We developed our original driver application in around 2011 and it hadn’t been updated in over seven years. We contracted Mawla as the primary development team to develop a new driver application for both Android and iOS

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had built a backend in-house and in tandem, they built the new frontend. They had to work with the backend team to finalize contracts between the API and the apps. They also had to work closely with our product team to understand the needs of the industry which have moved on greatly since 2011. They really excelled there and helped a lot with the input with the product team.

They would have given input into how the backend should work as well. From a team perspective, they very much played a hands-on role in helping determine how the API should be structured. Primarily, their coding was done on the actual iOS and Android platforms.

They worked in an agile environment and were present from the very start of the project.

What is the team composition?

We had three full-time resources from Mawla.

How did you come to work with Mawla?

We had known about Mawla. We had actually used a development company in Dublin prior to this and they had closed down. They recommended Mawla to us and they are pretty close to our company in Dublin as well.

How much have you invested in them?

It was €550 Euros per developer per day and in total, we spent around €280,000 Euros.

What is the status of this engagement?

I believe we started talking to them in October 2018, and the work was completed in January or early February 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It is not live yet, because, with COVID-19, there has been a major impact on the taxi industry so we didn’t want to launch a new product at this time and add more stress to taxi companies having to migrate their drivers onto a new platform. It is on hold at the moment, but that is not for any development reasons.

We used agile and we were quite strict with it. We would track the team and they were all excellent. We had no issues in that area in regards to development methodology. The test coverage on the apps is very high which is great as well.

We went live with a pilot with a small company in Northern Ireland and feedback was very positive. The overall number of issues detected was quite low and the code quality seems to be quite high. There will be a lot of good feedback for their work based on what we have seen. As we aren’t live so we don’t have proper metrics, but so far, it has been very positive and we are very happy with the quality.

How did Mawla perform from a project management standpoint?

It was great. We had a project manager in-house managing the project, and the project manager would take the metrics from our sprints straight from Jira and report on them. The velocity was very consistent, and the burndowns were always pretty much within 90% of what we said we were going to do. It was very simple for our project manager. There were no major issues and the team worked very well with them.

It was largely done through Jira where we would bring in the stories into our backlog and then Mawla would work on those stories with us to refine them and work with the product owners and sometimes we would put in the product managers too. Once the stories were ready, they would be tracked through Jira all the way to completion and that is pretty much the tool that was used.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I think Dan (Director) is very responsible and really deeply understands businesses. He is not just a developer, and he fully understands what we are trying to do with the app. From the product to the commercial side, he fully got it.

That is sometimes really beneficial because I have worked with development teams in the past and decisions have been made purely from a technical point of view, but they don’t take other aspects into account that could matter. In terms of that, I found Dan and Mawla very good in fully understanding our needs, not just from a technical view but also from commercial points.

Communication was really good, and we haven’t always had that in the past with other companies. They were very honest as well. With a lot of other IT companies that we worked with in the past, sometimes communication and honesty can break down but that didn’t happen at all with Mawla. Communication and just being upfront and clear about where we are and if we were on track was really good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They are a small team. At times we would have liked to increase our velocity and would have liked to add a few additional resources onto the team, and they didn’t have available resources. Scaling up was a challenge for us with them and we ended up having to supplement resources with a third-party development company instead which slowed things down.

I would definitely say they are a small company and there are downsides to that. They are good on the backend, but we were hiring app developers for the frontend. We would like to have supplemented some backend developers from Mawla if they had them available.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Like any project, it is all about planning. We spent a lot of time planning with Mawla and them fully understanding the needs of the taxi industry and what was going to be required of this driver app.

They spent a lot of time upfront in terms of working with the product. I think that was time well spent and paid dividends throughout the project which was quite a long one as it was over 14 months. The synergy developed because Mawla fully understood what we needed really helped throughout the course of the project.

We put a couple of months' work in at the start into fully understanding the actual commercial needs and what we needed to develop. I think it was really good that Mawla was part of that. We could have brought them in at a later stage, but they wouldn’t have had the background of the project then.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO and founder of GetHouseSurvey.ie. We are like Uber, but instead of connecting people to taxi drivers, we connect house buyers to surveyors in order to get their pre-purchase survey report completed asap for mortgage approval.

Our panel of surveyors all are fully accredited, carry their own professional indemnity insurance and have >10 years experience. I am responsible for many parts of the business including product development and operations.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mawla?

Our platform was originally created in 2018 and needed a major overhaul of its many extensions it has received over the years. Our main concern was that core processes and integration points had ceased working and needed upgrading.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to return to optimum efficiency, removing repetitive manual tasks, reducing turnaround time and improving the overall customer experience.

How did you select this vendor?

As an Irish company, I wanted to support another Irish company. My team spent a lot of time doing research and contacting people within their networks in order to find the right team to work with.

After producing a short list and discussing the project with both small and large companies we decided that Mawla was best suited to work with us. Many factors were considered including their experience, their approach to the project and the people.

The project was an upgrade of existing integration points into Hubspot, automation of manual tasks and upgrading of the PHP codebase.

Instantly the company was more efficient. Manual tasks were automated and our turnaround / response time to customers decreased 5 fold. Simply more efficient and happier customers!

Initially, we provided Mawla with the initial wireframes that we used for our iOS app. They then gave suggestions to help make it more Android-specific. Once we agreed on the initial wireframes, I broke the features out into tickets. They provided test builds so we could quickly provide change feedback as they worked. They also gave us advice on the best way to implement our feature requests.

The team consisted of two amazing Android developers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve received highly positive feedback on the Google Play store. The app currently sits at over four stars with thousands of installs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Mawla team was always available for calls when needed. We would have weekly feedback meetings and feature discussions, which became more frequent as the project progressed. This helped us stay on the same page.

I was impressed with their ability to complete the tasks with such speed.
