Matrix personnel were on time at out location. Most of the equipment was delivered on time. The reason for some of the equipment to be late was due the manufacturer. Work on location was performed promptly with no problems. We only had 2 problems after the work was done but they were resolved quickly.

How knowledgeable the employees are about the industry and how quickly their responses are.

• We had an external kickoff meeting in which the scope of work and time line of scheduled tasks would be performed / completed. There was a dedicated project manager to ensure the project stayed on track. We had a follow up call upon completion of the project to ensure expectations were met.

Given the current market (i.e. employee turnover, new systems, automation) Matrix has attempted to maintain consistency for our team and have been responsive when issues have arisen (i.e. escalated ticket(s) when help desk has been nonresponsive).

We were running an old mail system that was not Microsoft owned. We needed help getting existing mail and accounts moved over to Office 365. We opted to go the route of having a hybrid setup with an Exchange server here with mail stored offsite.

• I was able to move away from the old mail system, reducing our cost for maintenance, downtime, and saving me a ton of time in troubleshooting.
