I couldn't be happier with the work MYM has done for my business! I came to them seeking a total website build - to help me come up with the brand and everything needed for an exceptional website from start to finish. I have worked with Master Your Message for over three years. I first contacted them to help me clarify my brand and communicate our offers more effectively. They ended up rebusilding my website, an investment I was hesitant to make at first as a baby business owner. It turns out it was one of my best business decisions to date. Since Taylor and Heather redesigned my website, all of my analytics have exploded. Our engagement rates have risen dramatically, and most importantly, our conversion rates significantly increased, leading to more booking, more regular clients, more impact, and more business growth. Our website conveys our brand personality effectively and authentically, allowing visitors to our site establish a sense of trust in us before they even use our services.

Heather and Taylor have always been very responsive and attentive. Their work is completed on time, and if they need more time to problem solve, they are transparent about it. They finished my website build within three months, and it was a alrge build with lots of pages and assets. Since then, I've used them to help build out additional pages and services. Master Your Message is a key vendor in my business growth.

They know my field (therapy/counselling) inside and out. They're smart, creative, and strategic, but also warm, fun, and people. I generally love being on a Zoom call with! And they have an excellent aesthetic sense – I am very particular about nailing the colour, font, and photos, and they are the same!

Honestly, no. I've recommended them to many people in my industry and will continue to do so.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The product speaks for itself. I get compliments all the time on how gorgeous and outstanding my websites are, especially the original Daisy + Co. site. We’ve had to move away from that site to grow and better align with a growing and diverse target audience, but Master Your Message has been fabulous every step of the way. They’re the only vendor I’ve kept since the start of my business.
Overall, Master Your Message has done a seamless job meeting my multiple requests. They’ve made sense of my chaotic thought patterns and ultimately developed a strong product that hits the mark. The team is incredible, smart, dedicated, and knowledgeable. You can feel that they truly want you to succeed and have the best possible outcomes from all angles. Their work also matches their energy and care.

How did Master Your Message perform from a project management standpoint?

Compared to some businesses, development may have taken longer than for other companies that might be bigger or develop less detailed websites but they were clear about expectations upfront and did stick to deadlines.
The team is usually quite efficient, even when I reach out randomly for a new request. Over the last three years, Master Your Message has made quick adjustments to a color on the website, developed a new specialty page, or uploaded a new clinician’s bio to the site any time I have reached out. I have always felt prioritized and like my project was getting done in a reasonable time frame.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m incredibly picky and perfectionistic. I can visualize what I want but struggle to articulate it. Master Your Message’s team has helped me nail down exactly what I’m looking for. They’ve poked for clarity when they were unsure about some of the choices I was making and whether they were self-driven or if I was deferring authority to an outside source unnecessarily, which I appreciated. Ultimately, they’ve developed a beautiful product.
