We hired Mash Media to perform advertising services.

They redeveloped our website. The Mash Media team also handles our SEO. They're working on Google Ads and enhances our organic searches.

I work with Sharney (Creative Director), Veronica (Local SEO Specialist), and Patrice (Technical Lead).

How did you come to work with Mash Media?

They were recommended by a friend and I was told that they were the best agency if I want to get results. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $50,000–$60,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2020, and it’s ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve achieved more in the last three months with Mash Media than we did with our last advertising agency. We’ve also received quality leads because of their work. They’ve managed to cut our cost per lead by more than $600. Their services have been outstanding. 

I still work with them and intend to stay that way. They’ve been exceptionally delivering quality work. That's the reason why we want to be long-term partners of Mash Media.

The team I work with listens to what I need and they make things happen. Mash Media really produces the results I want while working fast.

I utilised the team at Mash Media to revamp my brand, redesign my website and provide ongoing website support.

What were your goals for this project?

To improve my website flow, appearance and attractiveness. Have a behind the scenes team to keep my website running smoothly & to bring my brand up a level in online presence.

How did you select Mash Media?

I was referred by a fellow business colleague. Emma Williams from Socially Em.

Describe the project in detail.

After an initial consult with Sharney, it was determined my original premise for the conversation (SEO guidance) it was discovered I needed a revamp of my website and to focus on my social media rather than SEO.

After a price was quoted & agreed on, Sharney took all my photos and product specs back to her team to design a mock up for me to start visualising what I wanted my site to look like. Within a week I had a mock up, multiple conversations back & forth and a final design in place.

Less than a month from initial contact and I have a full website live and functioning. And have received so much positive feedback from clients on the appearance, ease of use and user friendliness.

What was the team composition?

I only have communication with Sharney who managed my project start to finish. But I know she was backed by a full team of IT, graphic designers and a social media manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Traffic, engagement and feedback from clients has 10-fold improved. And I am in love with the new website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Sharney handled every enquiry, want & need with utmost professionalism and efficiency. It was always a pleasant experience dealing with her and the team behind her are exceptional at what they do.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Sharney was available night and day for any sort of brain storm session I needed to get my design out on the website. The Mash Media team far exceeded my expectations on creating, designing and supplying an epic new website for my baby business.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would have waited far longer for the results I received. But it was fast, efficient and delivered above expectations. Even ongoing support has been incredible.
