We're a software development company, and as always, we needed some development services for our own site, as our development team was busy. I'm the purchasing manager who made the decision to start working with Markupus

We hired Markupus for the work with our company site. The matter is quite reputation-tricky, so the goals were: fast development, predictable quality, minimum downtime, good work with our expectations / estimates.

We selected Markupus for a combination of price, quality communication and dedication shown at the pre-contract stage

The site is stable, little to none glitches. The Markupus team is fast to answer to any of our requests

We asked the Markupus team use our management approaches (Jira / Confluence) and they were good to blend to our existing processes

They set expectations and then they live up to them.

Actually, hard to remember. Any glitches were fixed really fast.

Our Wordpress/WooCommerce installation was outdated and needed a lot of upgrades and code fixes before we could build anything new on top.

Based on interviews over skype and a small test-task we asked them to do. They were fast, responsive and the task was successfully completed

Lower amount of bug reports by users.

We use Monday.com for all our tasks, status reports and follow ups, and Slack for communication

They're very flexible and manage to address our needs.

There was limited support on the DevOps side so and had to use other DevOps people from time to time. This could be an interesting area of increased service level.

They developed several new templates and features, based on specifications and designs we have provided. They have successfully completed a complicated inhouse analytics and BI project, while also improving and stabilizing infrastructure and improving site technical performance.

Senior full stack developer, dev ops consultant, QA engineer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We managed to release new templates and features to improve user experience, site layout and conversion rate. We fixed bugs quickly and didn't have any technical incident or down-time.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We quickly established a professional and smooth work process, worked in a Kanban method, while prioritized could changed rapidly due to business objectives. The team was very cooperative, communication was far better than any other previous partners (or projects).

Very high professional level, fully dedicated, well experienced, great communication.
