We provided access to our all assets (websites, GA, GCS etc) and Marketix did a comprehensive audit. We then had a number of walkthrough sessions of the detailed report and strategy they provided and turned this into a specific action plan. We are now executing the plan with their guidance

We have a clear plan of attack and expect to see good improvements in the near term as we execute the plan

Iterative, light touch and work orientated which suited us. A focus on executing versus lengthy conversations. We got a huge amount of very specific recommendations via a google doc and sheets which forms the basis of our action plan. Work was turned around quickly and with high quality
