Working details:
We brought in Marketing Pot to audit and optimize our marketing department. They reviewed our campaign performance, assessed funnel efficiency, and identified key gaps across channels. Based on the findings, they created a focused strategy that emphasized SEO, LinkedIn outreach, CRO improvements, and lean paid ad experiments.

There were 2 stages of our collaboration. First, we've got the draft version of the strategy and created a list of questions (requests for improvement). All these requests have been takes into consideration and deliveredd within the updated timeline. As a result, all the expectations have been covered. Moreover, since the final result was 1 week later than the initially set timeline, Marketing Pot suggested 2 free consulting sessions with our team to cover all the questions we got.

Project management was extremely well-organized.
We had one dedicated project manager responsible for communication and handling all bottlenecks and requests.
The project lead provided a detailed roadmap, which the project manager then broke down into weekly sprints.
Each week, we received updates on the completed work and the plan for the upcoming week.
Any issues or new requests from our side were addressed within one business day, with clear next steps delivered by the vendor.

Their company was genuinely focused on our success, not on increasing the project budget.
As a result, the adjusted strategy delivered better outcomes than we expected and turned out to be more cost-effective than the initial estimates in our quote request.

Depending on the client, Marketing Pot delivered the content for the different number of pages. Among the best results, for one project, Marketing Pot could create 20+ pages CRO-optimized, with well-developed lead magnets, which resulted in the conversion of the traffic to the contact at the level of 15% for the blog post.

Thanks to this split of roles, we've always got the result within the set timeline, budget and of the agreed quality. In case of any bottlenecks, the PM informed about that and suggested the solutions, so we've always been in the loop and ensured the best strategy is applied.

Marketing Pot has an extreme focus on data and the implementation of the best world practices. For different kind of pages/requests, they have a variety of researches to select the best strategy. All the outcomes were digitized, to make data-driven decisions. When it comes to copywriting, this approach is very unique, because usually companies just write the text. Marketing Pot instead uses the metrics to understand the efficiency of the text and constinuously works on its improvement until the results reach or overperform the benchmarks.

Within three months, our MQLs increased to 5-6 per month—and this is without increasing our marketing budget.
